Description : This was actually my first attempt at recording an acoustic guitar, almost two years ago. I had just learned at the time that STEREO sounds so much more immersive than MONO. I was too inexperienced enough before to think that panning was all that important :P This was my attempt at getting a wider sound with acoustic guitars. The guitars and vocals are all done by me. I did most of these vocal recordings in one take - hence the wobbliness in some parts :P But feel free to comment and let me know what you think of it.Search Rating : 10.38

Description : Just a very simple, currently weak-sounding acoustic track. This is the basic recording, mistakes were made, the recording quality isn't great, and I forgot to use a metronome. Would've used my electric, but I still don't have the strength to lift it (been in awful shape the past few weeks as a result of illness, better now though). Any advice is welcomed, not tried acoustic before, but might be something I attempt more in the future.Search Rating : 10.38
Description : Well, this is rather hard to explain. I wrote the lyrics to this a year or two ago but it sounded too much like a country music song, and I don't make country music. So, the song got shelved. I finally decided to put her together and this track kinda took off. The acoustic guitar credit goes to InsaneSmilie, for his Insane Acoustic loops. The beat was made in FL Studio 10 And all the vox are me. I really tried to make this as little country music sounding as possible, but let me know what you think. Enjoy and peace.Search Rating : 10.38

Description : A sultry, seductive, and fairly short acoustic blues number. It is an instrumental and only took about 2 hours to write, record, and get a decent mix. Enjoy! Updated: I added some slight echo to the electric guitar and widened the stereo fields of the acoustic rhythm and leads.Search Rating : 10.38
Description : Wrote it on a relaxing Sunday morning. Acoustic guitar rhythm with an acoustic lead, bass and guiro. Updated: removed some percussion, remixed and mastered.Search Rating : 10.38

Description : A song about a train, Jimmy on guitar and his life long friend Billy experimenting with an old Kalamazoo lap steel, a late addition. Fender Tele through a Fender Princeton. I attribute two train loops by Daniel Simion at Soundbible. The third train sound is a guitar loop with effects. I play the bass, sing, acoustic guitar, wrote, arranged and mixed it. Might have the singer in Jim's bluegrass band redo the vox at some point.Search Rating : 10.05
Description : Intro is lap-steel guitar with a smooth stone pick, then the electric comes in. Used 5 different guitars in this one. Two basses, an electric, acoustic and lap-steel. Three programmed MIDI drum kits, a few drum loops, and a Zippo I've had for about 20 years. Had this one going for a while now. Life stuck it in and broke it off over the last two months. Plugged ears from a head cold, and a rather crazy flooding event kept this from receiving steady work-flow. My main bass guitar's electronics took a big shit on me as well, so the second half's bass guitar is my old P-bass that I really had to dress up. Anyway, enough excuses. Give this motherfucker a listen and share the love or hate. I like both equally.Search Rating : 10.05
Description : "Oh no - not jazz metal! You're not supposed to mix those genres together." Yes, but someone's got to and the musical gods have chosen me for the difficult task. 9 mins of instrumental jazz metal - damn I sure know how to write a hit song - US No 1 here I come. Anyway - there's some dark, swinging groovy jazz, with Rhodes and guitar as the main instruments, for a few minutes and then some haunting, thumping evil breaks loose. Look out for the powerful synth horn sound. And then it just gets heavier and heavier before returning to some nice chillgroove funky mystery jazz. Instruments played and/or programmed: electric guitar, bass guitar, electric cello, multiple programmed acoustic drumkits, filtered strings, Rhodes, big synth bass, evil synth horn and a few other assorted synths. I assume this has too much jazz for metallers and too much metal for jazzers. So, only for weirdoes like me who enjoy both. This will surely be too odd for most people but I like to think it's pretty interesting and powerful. Let me know how its weirdness worked for you...Search Rating : 10.05
Description : A powerful piece of epic chillout dance music that's something a little different for me. Rhodes and filter swept, bowed strings are heard a lot but there's also one section of rocking guitar, one slide resonator guitar solo, fat basses, various far out pads and other synths and 10-15 drumloops supported by 6 or 7 programmed acoustic drumkits. Look out for the funk section in the middle (3:02) with some delicate grooving from bass and guitar. Lots of beauty here so I really enjoyed making this. My favourite section is the last 90 seconds with some bowed string melodies I find highly memorable and could listen to for hours. Let me know if you have a favourite section/moment as well as any you don't like or think could be improved (that's always possible). Now press play and sample some of what never really ends in my mind but has to in track form so that people will at least attempt to listen to it. It's only a little bit of infinity as infinity is much larger than 10MB so won't fit on Looperman...Search Rating : 10.05
