Description : I really liked the melody I came up with just messing around on my midi keyboard one day. never thought I would build a whole song out of it.Search Rating : 5.28
Description : I recently acquired a lap-steel guitar, and this track is it's wobbly-legged introduction to the world. Intro is all lap-steel, with two later lap-steel leads. All real acoustic/electric/bass guitars. I recorded my new frog guiros as well. One in the intro as a woodblock, and both played traditionally later in a bridge. Drums are seven programmed MIDI kits and a loop or two. Chorus has the heaviest guitars I've done. Random percussion and echoing delays galore. Your honest opinion is appreciated, and gets you a coupon for 8 free deep-tissue nipple-rubs, and a full internal body waxing. Act fast!Search Rating : 5.28
Description : Real acoustic, electric and bass guitars played by me. Drums are loops and programmed MIDI. Played piano and synths. Lots of layers and delay. A gated moog, organ, my recorded finger-snaps and a reversed bass guitar effect that sounds like throat-singing. Three movements, divided by moments of calm. Thoughts and feedback are welcome.Search Rating : 5.28
Description : Fresh out of the studio after 10 weeks of deliberating, planning, writing and performing. This could be classed as Country Blues or Southern Rock...either way I think it may get your toes tapping. So grab your partner and jump on the dance floor with this one.
I am performing the following instruments...vocals, electric guitars, slide acoustic, bass, harmonica, organ. I wrote the following instrument parts in MIDI....drums, percussion, piano, horns. This was a beast to master but I think it turned out okay.
No loops used.

Description : Hello, this is one of my rare experimental track made to honor some friends who play the same video game. Also, Evil horn started to grow on my head after making The Grim Reaper industrial metal song. So that one is slower, softer, ambient, and its a friendly battle Piano against Violin who both won at end. The concept is the Piano start to play some notes them the Violinrepeat. Finally I did record myself playing on my midi controller for the Piano notes.im so proud of the result :)

Description : I had a dream a few years ago that my Mom was still alive and she met my wife for the first time. This song is about that dream. This should be classed as Country Rock or Southern Rock but those genres aren't available.
Using a fender Strat on the left, Gibson Les Paul on the right…intro lead is the LP and outro lead is the Strat. Drums written in MIDI. Harmonica, vocals, bass performed by yours truly.
Feedback is always welcome.

Description : This world needs more love. A straight forward slow dance song; a rock ballad if you will. Using Gibson Les Paul on the left, Fender Stratocaster on the right, Tak acoustic, Ibanez bass, Reggae and rock organs blended together, MIDI drums, MXL studio vocal mic.Search Rating : 5.28

This song features the voice of Stacy Robinson: https://www.looperman.com/users/profile/1042109This is a dark track, inspired by the sound of one of my all time favorite bands (I won't tell you the name, but I imagine it is easy to guess). As usual, guitars, bass and keys played by MrWolf. Drums are midi (EZDrum - Metal Machine kit).

Description : After a major uphill battle completing this song and turning it into what it is now, I feel some amount of satisfaction. It was like reality wanted me to give up or something. It's done... phew... Have updated this almost completely, from repatching the modular bass, playing some guitar parts, adding electric piano and synth lead, redoing and tuning the DW-6000 synth, of course adding my vocals, and mixing and mastering. It really has become pretty new wave, like much of my stuff does recently. Have added the lyrics as well. I am proud and happy with it, and I hope you all enjoy listening! UPDATE... woohoo just broke 1000 plays on this track here at looperman!***original description***
Hey finally here with a new track! I'm not sure what to call this other than electronic, due to the high tempo. This is the first song finished using my interface which allows direct MIDI control of my modular synthesizer. The mid frequency bass part is all from that patch. There are tracks designed with my Zoom RT-123 drum machine, the microkorg, and the circuit bent KORG DW-6000. Other than that it is just a kick and snare drum sample, and a a quick vocal snippet. So I guess it's fairly minimal in that respect. Would like to hear the Looperman community's thoughts on this song! Thank you for listening

Description : This is my newest creation, at a stage very near to completion. No third-party mastering or mixing, as with all my tracks. Just have to fix a few tiny things. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MIX EVERYTHING IN THE SAME SESSION. This song has all human-played instruments - no quantization or MIDI! My brother does all the vocals except for the interlude part, which I do. My other brother plays the rhythm guitar (a Gibson Les Paul Custom - only one of 12 in the world!!) and I play the accompanying guitar (a Johnny Mar Jag and PRS). He has a lot of guitars :P A good friend of ours, Ronnie, plays the bass and another friend, Freddie, plays the drums. The drum track was done in one take (had to use an electric drum set due to time constraints - but acoustic kits are so much better). Overall, pretty satisfied with the result. Let me know your thoughts.Search Rating : 5.28
Description : Im new here and just thought i would get some feedback on this. Ive been working on this for a while and have finally got a sound im happy with.Everything is raw except the midi pimp leads at the end. Dont mind the drums, some parts are way out of wack. But i tracked them just to get the idea down. Im going to re-track them in a couple of days. Any criticism is appreciated!Search Rating : 5.28
Description : A groovy little jazz/funk number with a tad of retro feel and lots of instrumentation. I am waiting on Midi-man James' guitar ride, so will update the new version when he sends it. Hope you like and feel free to download if you wish.Search Rating : 5.28
Description : This is a classically inspired piece I wrote in Logic Pro all using MIDI voicing's and no loops.I have always loved Mozart's work and it inspired me.
I composed this in February of this year after I hit my left fingers with a table saw blade - healed now. There was a lot of emotion involved when I did this.

Description : My first serious jazz song. I wrote it for my wife so it's a love song. The song started off with a haunting piano melody in my head; so I put it down into MIDI. Apple drum loops and the rest is me.

Description : Toto Child's Anthem Remake. My05 or also known as My03 Did the keyboard parts. I did the guitars and the drums came from a midi file I found on the internet.Search Rating : 5.28
Description : This is one of my more musical tracks. The intro was inspired by the opening track of Dire Straits Debut album. The main body is a series of stuff I played and looped myself. Some midi loops and some audio loops. Over that is a bit of guitar and keys noodling. This one admittedly is pretty self indulgent but I like it...lol.Comments are valued and welcomed.
Peace

Description : Something I slapped together in like an hour or so, I bought a new midi keyboard with a sequencer which made dragging and dropping sounds where I wanted 'em easy, so really this was a test run, I usually write a lot of metal and don't have the time to upload my material but here's a start, this has a techno vibe???? I guess to it. Enjoy.Search Rating : 5.28
Description : Finally worked out how to write my very own "amen break" (woohoo - via midi, not sampling!!!), dropped a bassline and an acapella by RomyHarmony, and we have a fairly raw track, maybe it could do with more, but....we'll see!Search Rating : 5.28
Description : A chillout dance track i have made using midi files bass samples and drum machine . Would sound even better with lyricsSearch Rating : 5.28
Description : I put this under acoustic even though I did use a couple midi tracks. I felt they sounded acoustic enough to put the track in that category. Suppose it could be chill out as well, however you want to label it, do so. I used an Indian flute and an electric guitar sounding plugin with some tremolo added along with acoustic guitar, mandolin and harmonica. Nothing too complicated here and I felt it sounded good enough to upload so enjoy!Search Rating : 5.28
