Description : Metal track written alongside 'Presently Peasantry'. This is probably my darkest metal track to date and is, I believe, the first track that I've created that begins to include elements of the sounds that I've been trying to create for many years.

Equipment used:

Guitar & Bass - Some unbranded guitar (pitched down for bass), Boss GT6, Line6 GuitarPort, FL11.

Everything else: FL & additional plugins.

Loops used: HMMN - Scary Sweep & Anubis - Afflicted (Cheers guys!).

Description : First Of all I'd like to thank All the contributors of samples to this site much Appreciated. In this traQ I used 2 beats one at the beginning and one is the foundation of the traQ, I never use one beat I layer my traQs with about 3,4 or more beats to get a different sound plus effectsin Logic. A big fan of Pat Metheny I was learning a guitar part from the way up album. Wanted to color way out the box so the foundation beat here I couldn't resist (Thank U looperman-l-0373650-0057551-gman15-killer-drum-loop.wav and looperman-l-0676737-0065505-dontrale1-clockwork-snare-and-clap.wav) I felt the Pat part I learned didn't go so I put it at the end and came up with a different guitar part that fit perfectly with this traQ. I'm an Instrumentalist who's goal is to create not just for radio but for movies/TV etc. I listen to all genres especially jazz but when I create I fuze sounds together.....I'm not pop or R&B country jazz...I just like creating good music. Please Enjoy and again thank you for your talents and time (" P.S. as far as collab I like to keep things clean I'm no gangster or from the streets so I won't go there. A child of God so I must represent ("

Description : A gentle, reflective and beautiful shuffle blues piece featuring one of my best ever electric guitar solos (for about half of it). Also has bass guitar, synth bass, two programmed acoustic drum kits, two types of sample-based sitars, a heavenly pad and a distinctive main string part. Special, text-based prizes to be awarded to the best comments!

Description : This description comes with a bit of delay due to some mysterious purposes..hehe..but so it happened, boys and girls, that this is my second colab work with no other than Mr. Tumbleweed The Great (Ed Cunningham). He sent me a piece of music in a raw and unfinished condition, based on acoustic guitar work, supported with splendid percussion and some tasteful orchestral pads. So my task here was to add some of my own trumpery (haha) and to wrap all up into something what could be called a "finished product". As in the previous offer I granted my strings the dominant role, with viola taking the primary spotlight instead of usual violin which dominated in some of my previous works. Next I included some more piano parts than I usualy do (making Ed happy), some brass for the intro section, and even some bass and electric guitar touches. Sax has also been considered, but just didn't happen (lazy guy ^) , but I deliberately left out any kind of distinct synthesized sounds, wanting it to sound as classical as possible. I hope it turned out nicely in the end, so have a listen and any kind of comment would be appreciated.:)
Also, hat's off to Bear for snuffing the Celtic influences (but probably not knowing who is behind this) and all my thanks to dear Ed for sharing his treasure with me !

Description : Truly one of my greatest tracks. An intense, constantly changing psychedelic deep groove journey through reggae, rock, metal, funk, blues, electronica, deep chillout and more. Slow, fast, funky, beautiful, weird, fun plus a few more adjectives. Big arpeggiated strings, slide resonator guitar, electric guitars, detuned guitar playing massive funky basslines, wicked wah, squelchy synth bass + other synths, acoustic metal and brush drumkits, hip hop drum hits and no loops. Very complex structure and mix so maybe I haven't got it right. Full track is 13 mins 55, link is in comments. Let me know if you don't think it's as good as I do. Or better. Or self-indulgent rubbish. Now get ready to rock. And then write a 10,000 word essay describing it all...

Description : BIG UPDATE 26/02/2014 - So, this was an 18 min track that I have now successfully split in two. 2nd half I uploaded a few weeks ago (Things That Should Always Be, with the bouncy 2 min reggae intro). This is the first half, which has a new mix, a mega chill, meditative ending and a little jazz thrown in for good measure. Takes a few minutes for beat to really kick in. Constantly evolving electric guitar, bass guitar, acoustic drums and lead banjo driven by fat, busy 80BPM grooves with a bit of a reggae and shuffle feel. Also: synth choir voices, dulcimer, violin, cello, shimmering pads. Builds up gradually to nice and rocking and then gets taken back down for the big comedown chill. I really don't know what sort of genre this is except 'far out'. I think it sounds more like a live band than one guy playing instruments and manipulating a DAW. Not my best track but a bit of blissful, sunny island fun. Real positive vibe here so I hope you give it a chance to unfold and unfurl. Sit back, clear your schedule and immerse yourself in these trippy sonic experiments cooked up deep in my off-planet underground laboratory. I have to send the MP3 to Earth via space courier (not cheap).

Description : Been A while since I put something new up. Been working on this when I can find the time. This is my busy season as a UPS driver so finding time is tough. Lot's of OT. This might be the first song I have posted without a lead guitar. :) I just have not had the time to give it a proper lead. Opinions, comments and reviews welcomed. The last 1 minute or so definitely needs work as I didn't get to fine tune the sound and clean it up.
Thanks for listening.

Description : I put this under acoustic even though I did use a couple midi tracks. I felt they sounded acoustic enough to put the track in that category. Suppose it could be chill out as well, however you want to label it, do so. I used an Indian flute and an electric guitar sounding plugin with some tremolo added along with acoustic guitar, mandolin and harmonica. Nothing too complicated here and I felt it sounded good enough to upload so enjoy!

Description : I made this and the old Charlie Brown cartoons came to mind, but it seemed like something that would come from older kids. So, Charlie and his friends started a college band. Instruments and their players are as such, in the order you hear them;

Piano - Schroeder, Drums - Pig Pen, Bass - Linus, Heavy Guitar - Charlie Brown, Wah Guitar - Snoopy.

Take a listen and let me know what you think.

Description : Buddrumming Black the Sky

I found this backing track on the internet for drummers... I loved the groove of these guitar and bass tracks and thought it would be fun to learn double kick drums too.... I believe a band called King's X in 1994 released a song called Black the Sky on there 3rd album..... as you can see it sure was a drum workout... it was rough at first learning to play double kicks my left foot had a tough time keeping up... anyways I hope you enjoy this heavy rocker from all the boyz in the band..... Thx, Buddrumming

Description : This is a latin based track, laid back and great for getting lost in it's melody. I just aquired a Godin "La Petrie" acoustic guitar and was anxious to hear how it sounded, so this is the first track I recorded with it. I tried to create a mood so people could visualize the setting. Hopefully it comes across as a vision of some utopian place in paradise. Big kudos for buddy Steve Bone (Slap Johnson) whom I always turn to for mood setting woodwind loops. All other instruments via Roland Midi GR-20 Guitar or loops.

I hope you like it and of course comments always welcome.
