Description : I made a new rumble rack using only Reason devices. These rumbles are all from the RD-9 as source samples, then fed through a rumble chain of reverb, delay, overdrive distortion and filter. Finally I used the Pump device to shape the rumble. I wanted to try to do the same type of rumbles I can do in Ableton in the Reason rack - the results are pretty hard-hitting.

Description : Another spacey loopy non-linear exploration made with the Kairos live looper in Reason. This device is a lot of fun but it's probably most useful for atmospheric textures and the like. Great to have in your arsenal though if you're one of the five people who still have Reason.

Description : And here's the Piano loop. I don't know music theory very well so I would guess the key is a c major. The only control I have over a key of some sort is the master tune in the preference's in reason 5. I set it to negative 36 cent for any reason users *Sorry to any downloaders I am uploading mastered version of the loop. I will do that from now on

Description : *Note: This is very simple for a reason.Reason being, it's more of an outline. I would really love to see some good 3/4 hip hop beats from the people here.
Options>General Settings>Projects>General is how you change time signatures in Fruity Loops.
Would love to see what you guys do with it so hit me up when you're finished. I might upload a 3/4 chord progression later on.
Idea came from ShortBus uploading a 6/8 loop.

Description : This loop has three sounds to make one. It uses Reason 4's preset 'Fat Brass', Korg Triton's 'Ex Synth' and Korg Triton's 'Synth Brass 1'. The 'Synth Brass' patch is set to sub tones for more displacement. Multiband Compression and Reverb done in Reason.

Description : House bass made with Access Virus C and recorded in Reason. Not much else done apart from some compression. Filter sweep recorded live for maximum human feel. Not in mono but I tested it in mono and its fine.

Description : Happy accident time! This loop is a result of recording some basic pads on my Juno-D and still having the effects set up from my previous loop. The result is this wah-inspired filtered and stuttering loop complete with strange artefacts caused by Synchonous and Alligator being on the master in Reason.

I left these all very dry so that you can add delay and reverb to taste if you mix them together in with your own music.
