Description : Bass sound made with my Bass Station by using the LFO to make the sound pulse. I used the MS70-CDR+ again on this loop, for the chorus and widening effects.

Description : The JE-8086 does it again. God I love this synth - it can do no wrong. This loop is just me playing along to the house beat I made before. It sounded good, so I had to record it. No other effects used.

Description : House beat made by combining drum machine (RD-9) with a human playing a woodblock. This gives unparralled swing and realism. Recoded the lot trough ToTape to emulate an older recording.

Description : Too much processing to list here but it's mostly just timestretched percussion on SP-606 but then going through a wild array of fx on the MS70-CDR+ pedal and then Synchronous in Reason. Very haunting atmosphere for techno.

Description : Made with good old Kong, using a new kit I made for hiphop and similar styles. I guess this loop is more trip hop the hip hop abut there you go. I used Reason's channel compressor agressively on this loop to make it punch.

Description : Made by pulling the record slowly backwards under the stylus and recording the resulting noise. Then I filtered and saturated the result and played it back though the desk with the input in the red. Resulted in a crunchy, noisy and staticy texture. Good fr an atmospheric layer in techno - or you could gate it for percussion.

Description : Virus C Supersaw, just noodling around playing basic chords and then I ran the recording through Synchonous in Reason, which gave the wobbly movement to the chords. Reverb is just the internal reverb from the Virus.

Description : Using Glitch2 to make individual glitchy one-shots, then sequencing them in ReDrum to make percussive grooves for any kind of dance music. I used my TD-3 as the source material on this one so it has a bit of a 303 feel. Just add a four-to-the-floor beat and feel the glitchy groovy goodness. Description : Last loop for today. Illformed Glitch 2 and Baby Audio Super VHS combine to make this spacey techno percussion layer. Blend subtly with your kick track. As a bonus it is polyrhythmic and is therefore hypnotic in the mix. Enjoy.
