Description : Another Malstrom sound - I've been loving messing with this ancient synth this weekend. It still sounds great even after all these years. Hard trance for this loop, or melodic techno. No extra FX apart from delay.

Description : Recorded from my Yamaha V50 with lo-fi FX from my Roland SP-606. These chords go well with the Analog Groovy Bassline I uploaded today, as well as the Busch Street Beat. The three loops make a nice little EDM kit together.

Description : I made a new rumble rack using only Reason devices. These rumbles are all from the RD-9 as source samples, then fed through a rumble chain of reverb, delay, overdrive distortion and filter. Finally I used the Pump device to shape the rumble. These last three are getting into hardstyle territory with all the distortion!

They sound pretty basic and rough on their own, but if you layer them over a 4x4 house kick they come to life and add real groove to your track. I used Alligator on the sounds to add a bit of rhythmic filtering and a room reverb as well.
