Description : I created the melody and lyrics some years ago. Today, out of the blue, it popped into my head and I found myself humming it a lot. So, I decided to do a quick record and upload. I'm not allowing downloads but definitely interested in working with someone to make this a full song.What I hear in my head as far as instrumentation are strings and a soft rock guitar solo which precedes a repeat of the last verse and chorus.

Description : This track features the mighty vocals of Derek Vickers. Acoustic rhythm guitar using my Ovation Celebrity and a solo using my Godin Xtsa and a patch from the GR 55. Electric piano on the choruses and some strings here and there too. EZdrums and a cowbell.

Description : Once again the very talented MusicIzMee4Ever provides the inspiration for a dance disco groove track. EZdrummer provides the kit and I have added a little Ultrabeat riff and some congas too. The bass line I doubled with my electric guitar. There's also some "house fever disco strings" and a synth patch from my GR55 in the solo as well as a couple of extra bass parts that arrive around half way through. Oh there's a piano and a triangle in there too!

Description : Another beautiful vocal piece from MusicIzMee4Ever supplemented with some words from Steklo and a couple of other vocal samples thrown in too! There's a lot going on in places and I just hope it's not too busy. The solo is on my old Casio MG510 guitar with some inserts from Logic Pro. The rhythm guitar has a Jim Dunlop Cry Baby pedal between the guitar and the mixer. Drums are EZdrummer. Everything else is Logic Pro. I've pushed the envelope here - hope it's not too far!

Description : A collaboration with MusicIzMee4Ever and another stunning vocal from her. It took a little time to get some momentum going on the track but I think the six eight timing works well. I have chopped the main and backing vocal up quite a bit and tried not to "give it all away" in the first 16 bars or so. The guitar solo uses a patch on my GR 55 called "scat".

Description : This song is a tribute to a remarkable woman by the name of "Elizabeth". She is 86 years old and is still "paying it forward" to others with her time, wisdom, and grace.Her niece "Birdie" graciously asked me to compose the tribute and here it is.

Description : A collaboration with Farisha and my interpretation of a fantastic vocal acapella. My Ovation double tracked and panned hard right and left with a fretless bass played in using my Casio MG510 midi guitar. Drums from EZdrummer and some additional percussion in the shape of a guiro, agogo and a cowbell. Apologies for the mental guitar solo but I wanted something that cut right across the laid back landscape.

Description : Not sure about the sideboards on the Ethnic genre. Trying out new sounds here. I'm using sitar and marimba with Indian and Indonesian drums. Does the listener need a solo or spoken word after the melody or does the open part work by itself?I think it's a good piece. Almost.

Description : This song is about how the result of an action can so clearly be seen by everyone except the person who is acting. Sometimes we are so caught up with our own intended outcomes and motives that we completely miss the transparently obvious consequence. I wrote this song on my acoustic which I also used to record along with a strat and a bass guitar. This particular song was a solo project.

Description : This is the latest song I am working on (October 2010). I used a couple of loops from MINOR2GO. I actually re-wrote the piano part because It sounded wierd when I slowed it down to 130 bpm. I used MINOR2GOs string loop without rewriting it. The song has a nice piano intro and then a little intro solo before the whole band breaks in. Drop me a review if you get the chance. Thanks!

Description : This track was originally started on May 9th of 2009. Basically everything from the drum beat, metal toy piano, the background drone/effects, and that weird guitar thingy lol, were already in place. I didn't work on it for a whole 24hrs. I put in a lot of time and scrapped some stuff. Kinda found out why this track never got finished. Basically what was added was some glitching of the drums(Thank you mr Dr. Octorex!) and laid out some wack solo guitar-ish noise. I don't feel its finished it's just one of those track that just kinda stays that way I guess.Originally made with Reason 4 and updated with Reason 5 and Record 1.5, Cheers :D

Description : This was a wonderful collab which I had originally posted a few months ago as an instrumental with the need of of vocal and lyrics. The talented Mack Sanders came through with a pure emotional raw blues tune written from the heart called "Woman's Touch". As the sweet icing on the top of this cake I invited the great Slap Johnson do some superb sax solo work and call and answer sax with the vocals to polish the song to a shine. Thanks so much for the collab fellas. So very much appreciated and an honor to play with such gentlemen like yourselves.
