to say...But I also hear other things that would work, to help

The voice is tight, the groove is right a touch to much reverb
on some of the stuff, not enough on others...
I know it was for fun but that's how the real good songs are
done...

Back in the day, if you couldn't play it there was no instrument

Unless you go to an oldies show or listen to an oldies station, you can't hear it. I knew there was something strange when a guy scratching records on stage was considered a musician. In the early days, scratching records was considered noise. Now it's considered music and a turntable is considered an instrument! Oh well.
I like the bed track, but I do find the vocal is a little to deep in
the mix...
For Me!...I would have pushed it more to the front, giving it more
control of the front line...
When working with and Mixing Vocals, I use the 3 shelf principal...
Vocals- Drums- then everything else...
That way you are sure the vocal will control the front line, using a
a stage presents...Like at a concert...
The Music is just along for the ride, like a passenger in a car but
it is not the car, unless it is an instrumental then the lead melody
instrument controls the front line instead of the vocal...
If you get my drift...Cool track though...
