I am putting together a radio stream in memory of my son who died of cystic fibrosis and wondered if you would give me permission to use this track, and others which you have uploaded. The stream will be ad free and will not pay royalties, but it will be linked to a website on which I would be happy to give you a credit and any links you might like.

Hello Chris,
of course you can use music from me for the stream.
It would be a pleasure for me if I can support this project.
To make some advertising for me it would be nice if you can use the following links https://www.facebook.com/joe.cramer.germany

If you know when the stream is running then tell me please.
Since I am also a father, I can imagine how much his dead must hurt you. If there is anything else I can do for you, just tell me.

Excellent Joe!! See if you can sing reggae you can sing some blues ;) for the male choir maybe you could try fading the individual oohh ahhhs in and out may help it not feel so computerized. I know what you're saying about get started on others and never get back to older ones, I got a ton! that never got finished.

Hi Burt

Nice to know that i don´t disapoint you

You know that i already did some blues? Ok it was some Joe Cramer styled bluse but ...... remember - Gedanken -

You know that everything is just a matter of time and "sometime" i will finish all things i began in my life ... sometime! ..... i think ..... or lets say i hope ... or ... naaaa ..... maybe not all :)

Something intressting about the male background choir that sounds "toooo" computerizied. First Alex sayed something over them and i didn´t understand what about hes talking. Then YOU and i listen again and think about the "male background choir" ... mmmmm and then i got it what you both mean :) ..... come on LOL i can tell you why it sounds soooo computerizied

It´s a vst sound from illautogun that i workedup a bit with reverbs and stuff - it is not me singing

Who knows, maybe i change that and do them by myself

stay tuned

hello Joe.

I really like this version a lot. Adding that another background vocal layer was some very nice little change. from around 2:41 it sounds cool:) solid structure and perfect length for a song.
somehow that background male choir loop seems like it is still a bit too computerized but I really enjoyed all updates.
your song reminded me of one piece from danish group Analogik: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AalMTXaiWzc

Will you be reworking this once more again?

Very fine work!

Nice day to you, Alex

Hi Alex

I have sure some "last" ideas for this one. But often i start other things and then i stop working on "older" tracks :)
So we will see ......

But if someone would help me with cleaning this
- bada dee bada daa bada dap dap daa background vocals -
Then i will for sure work/rework on the track

Cool to know that you think it´s a fine one

Hello soundhound

If you liked this version, then you should listen to the updated version. Cause it´s a very cool one. The version you listen to was just/only made to show the pellas but this is a real song.

Just listen to it right here
Would be nice to know what you think about it.

Joe!

Normally, I hate these one themed songs but yours is the exception...I'm not an expert of reggae but I would imagine a bombastic chorus (I think, this is out of this genre's standard)...but why not?

Loopers are all from the greatest so you had to pay attention...:-)

This song otherwise balancing between ska and reggae...I tell you, who is the top man in both genres...:-) :-)

Anyway, it's a good track, dot!!!

With appreciation, Danke

Oh, thanks a lot Danke

Always cool to hear if someone say "normaly not but" when he talks about my music :)

I will see what i can do to the chorus. All what´s non standart is mostly better then the rest :)

I found the loops after reading a forum posting about the most downloaded loops, so no wonder that they are not the badest at all

You know what i think about genres :) no need to tell it again (dark reggea would be a cool genre but ......)

Thanks for your nice and friendly words. I always enjoy your comments

I dont know why :p

Hey, another winning song by you! I read the english translation, and I really like the lyrics/message! You captured the reggae vibe very well, and it is unique hearing that style in a different language. You used some classic loop makers' work in here too, and it shows. Excellent work! Fave!

Thanks a lot for your friendly words Spivkurl

Nice to know that you like the lyrics and the music.

I think that this one can be sure much better then it is right now but for that i need a little more time.

This one was realy more a "groove help" for someone who wants to use the pellas and I'm really pleased to hear that you have classified it as a fav.

Always nice to hear something from you!

Wow, Joe...this was a sweet listen. Nice to hear some reggae flavoured track after a long time and you took all the necessary steps for not sounding conventional...on the contrary, the sound design is very inventive. Btw, some vocalisations reminded me on Yello (not a bad reminiscence).

Well done and keep up the good work

Cheers___Orlando

You are realy gentle Orlando :)

Realy not much reggea around here on looperman, so i believed it would be fun to do some.

I think it needs a lot of more work to geat a "real" track but i am on the way ......

Maybe, one or the other, becomes inspired to try himself also into the reggea genre

stay tuned

Description : Music composed by Alex Richard and Laurent Wirz. With: Hanspeter Dubach Lead and rhythm guitars, Alex Richard Bass and rhythm guitars, Claude Barbotte Hammond organ, Joël Perrin Saxophone and me at the drums. The two grooves I used for this one are to find under Loops and Sample, member laurentwirz, reggae. Also an excellent loop from member ebae. I have to say that I asked Michael Mayo before publishing it but I received no answer yet. It was pretty difficult with his acapella because it's a pretty short loop with not a lot of words (for an almost 5 minutes track)! You can ear also some background vocals from Patricia Edwards and I hope it's okay for her.

This time with loops from Flask,Johnny808,mayrln and Tranfer. I am sure there is at least 20% of Reggae, a little bit of Christmas and some electronic in the mix :-) Have Fun :-)

Description : A quick idea I did in one day, 2 mixes, more an exercise for myself than anything serious. Inspirations were a Peter Tosh docu for the reggae feel, a surfing vid on what a point break was for the vox, the Ace of Bass vid The Sign for the drums and Jaco Pastorius song Crisis for a bit of inspirational bass thrown in. 2 drum loops used and a vocal effect loop for the heck of it in the middle, he. Live percussion, cabasa, guiro and double maraca. Me on git, bass, vox. Here comes Summer!
