If you have time take a listen and give zappo some feedback.
I LOVE the Brazilian Flaminco! It's so unique and quick in the groove! I could have listen to it dry,,,but ofcourse PJB with that fat bass... He always makes it sound fretless with his finger movements and it just makes the song pop! This is so relaxing and the reversed lead is a slick effect. "More please" =7)
Well you can thank Bilbozo for this review after mentioning it breifly on his radio show (Great job there by the way bil!)
I really love everything about this track, nice playing from PJB, great guitarwork, a faviroute from me for certain. Really relaxing track, whether or not you intended it to be I don't know, but I know for sure I could listen to this for hours. I love it, especially the backwards guitar parts (they are backwards aren't they?).
A fine piece from another of the Fusion branches. The Latin foundation is really present, but it's got something else going on beyond that.
The reverse guitar is part of that, but equally so is the rising tone that sounds like a ringing Tibetan bowl. There's a soundscape going on here that transcends a single genre.
And planetjazzbass' presence makes it an even more glorious thing. Amazing work. Most certainly favorited.
awesome, simply awesome ...
one of the tunes you just have to listen to, there's nothing to criticize ...
this track gets you from the beginning and you wish it could last forever (a classical Faust-moment!)
perfect!!!
wow that's really amazing. guess that's what comes up when two great musicians like you collab! Really neat work, funky and relaxing. I'm more and more impressed each day by the talents this site holds, and you make no exception!
Wow that was a great ride guys. Such great musicianship in this one. You really captured a lot of nice latin flavor in this track. I love the guitars, the background hook and the leads dancing overtop of it. As for the bass playing, it had my jaw on the floor. Planet is playing bass leads, making chords to enhance the atmoshere. Plant has what I think is an unmistakeable signature sound that is so awesome, so unique, it difficult to describe, he's more than a bassplayer....he's a bassplayer with monster ears. We are in the presence of greatness ! I bow to your efforts gentlemen. - Bilbozo
I heard the first few measures and was hooked! Nice track zappo, the guitars were awesome in this. I could listen to this type of music all day! I just might, gonna dl and fav, thanks!

Description : It is an elegy, in a modern world. There is fuss and there are sentiments. All together create a scenery where life takes place.

==============
Inspired by a track of Pseudoble. I was noodling along to his track "I wish I didn't know" (which is awesome) and had the words "Snow in Athens" in my head. This with the smooth jazz/fusion atmosphere led me to this track with a sort of Steely Dan feel.
Description : This track is built around the repetitive lead guitar line which I have previously incorporated as an intro for the rocker track "Sweetheart Runner" by LM user TinyFinger whom I have helped in arranging, mixing and producing his song. This extended session was a good oportunity to test some new equipment....Thanks to Tiny for not being mad about it...:)^^
Description : Psychedelic blues hip hop with lead banjo and acoustic resonator slide guitar. Acoustic drum kits, fat basslines, soaring filtered strings, some strong Eastern elements (from guitar and strings), some dub and funk from the bass and drums and a bit of rocking electric guitar. Very unusual piece of music and a trip like no other I've heard. Some of it is like a dark, deep Southern delta blues track over a hip hop and dub backing. All played and programmed by me, no loops used.
After a quite turbulent long travel we’ve reached a totally unknown planet which is mostly covered with clouds. As we pass over it we can see parts of rivers through the clouds that come out of the dark rocky surface in some places. So the whole scene is alternating textures of white, dark gray and silver flashes. Unfortunately there’s no chance to land anywhere so we just pass, wonder and travel on …
Description : I had to go in on this track. This is a future bass, electrofusion song. I posted the full version here full the Looperfam because you guys give me sooooo much support. I can never thank you all enough.
Description : A spoopy song, early for Halloween. This was a collaboration with Micky, who did most of the work.
A musical realization of a poem by Thomas Hardy
Idea: Spearcarrier
Voices: Spearcarrier & Micky
Music: Micky
Genre: We don't know yet. Suggestions welcome. LOL
Description : Messing around with my midi keyboard (I am no pianist as you will hear). Just a bunch ideas put together with guitar and keys. Don't miss the end :-) it shows the obvious lack of inspiration to find a decent ending of the so called musician! This track is work in progress all ideas are welcome!
