    I like the track...
Experimenting with different sounds is my thing though. It's pretty clean...can't really criticize. Awsome

strange and weird and surprising. Good stuff although the vocals are unclear. I like this chaos. Maybe check out knownothingsm by the maldaror collective, think you like that.

    Hey Cyber

Mate wont be able to help too much on this genre, not a genre I have tried or heard much of...Sorry...Has a very much a rock sound from the intro, like the change of direction from 1.13 mark, guessing goes to the more industrial sound from there with a hint of rock, great arrangement friend, like the synths and effects used...overall a nice listen...Fav...Peace n Respect matey...Mosaic...

I've been keeping a good eye on your drafts for a while; they're really original and pretty good, both of which captivated me.

Reverb the vocal a significant bunch. That and some eq'ing will help it blend with the rest of the track. Then chop them up to different tracks for effects when you need to. Because it sounds like it sounds really out of place right now.

Don't pan your closed hi-hats to the right and left so much. -15 and 15 are as much as I'd go, and that's if the original closed hi-hat is dead-on centered.

Looking forward to the final product! =D

Tried out the reverb suggestion, it does help a bit in the quieter parts, so thanks for that.
and yes, EQ'ing, everywhere, so much to mix.

Honestly though, in terms of percussion, im liking the idea of not really getting the rythmn from it so much as from the instruments.

help and interest is always appreciated

It was here i found this pain
The darkened skies are to blame
In this darkened place i cant remain
so help me find someplace to put this...

Im so cold here
But its so warm
Underneath the Black Sun Rising

this fear that
I can never be
what i want to be
what i need to be
because i just keep falling apart

Black hole still consumes
The Earth falls all around
Fire falls so beautifully

It rains needles in my eyes
But i dont feel the pain
Where is everyone?

I can never be
what i want to be
what i need to be
cause i just keep falling apart

are you listening
im just asking you for help'
im dying here
hateful all the way

Making us
breaking us
taking us
Making us do the things we never thought we could
All the while youve said you say nothing but the truth
but i know

Cant you see the lie here
I am trying to believe
Tried so hard but i cant seem to swallow

The sun has risen high
and the heat is bearing down
the sky has fallen down and i know im to follow

floating in the void
i feel my soul
whats left of it that is
its mostly just a HOLE

I have learned this truth
Its not the heat that brings me down
Its not the water that makes me drown

Its the fear

Please somebody hold me tight
tell me its gonna be alright

Description : Today's six track recording of a live song which I've been practicing for several days. I broke many of my own rules when getting this to the product it is now. Times have been rough around here, with pressure building from all sides. You can feel it in the air, and in all the people. I can only hope that after the US election, some of the pressure releases. All tracks recorded simultaneously - Vocals via my 100 Proof Microphone, Monotribe, Beatstep, two modular synth tracks (one beatstep controlled and one by my four step sequencer), Zoom RT-123, 2xKawa circuit bent drum box, Boss RV-3 reverb/delay.

Description : Hello all, finally got around to polishing this track, which came from a collab with FarM (known on here as honkytonk). He provided me with some drum and bass work, and I came back with a demo that was essentially what you are hearing now. I just fixed the tuning and some pops at transitions. The tuning basically thwarted our collab I think, because without really remembering I played the guitar parts tuned to 432 Hz *** ***
and left all the other instruments at 440 Hz as a result...heh. Sounded much better after fixing that. Anyway it's got some dubstep and industrial most obviously. Yet another song I unconsciously ripped off from Skinny Puppy. Thanks for taking a listen! You can get the new Spivkurl album "Charting The Anomaly," which includes this track at the We Are... Description : My grandmother was from Belarus. She was the lone survivor of her family after the Waffen SS massacred everyone in her village during a retreat from the Red Army. She escaped soviet occupied Belarus & through a series of wranglings by the international red cross, found a family to adopt her in New Jersey in 1947. She was 14 years old then. She was the strongest person I ever knew & I miss her terribly. This song is for her.

Description : I recorded this song several weeks ago, live in studio. It was a very spontaneous reaction to some experiences and interactions only an hour or so before.

I recorded the audio tracks, as well as a video on my old digital camera. The video has been up on youtube for a while:

This was recorded with my 100 Proof microphone, Eat Lead Copper modular synth, Breaking Blue tabletop synth, modified Yamaha DD-20, and Zoom RT-123.

In the last couple of days, I finally got around to mixing the audio I had recorded into a better quality rendition. The stems were used as is, simple being mixed a bit and mastered.

Have fun listening!

Description : Here is a new Spivkurl track for all of you to check out! My thought process interprets this as industrial gothic, but it's open to external interpretation. This song's sounds were almost entirely sampled from equipment which I hand soldered, whether it be synthesizer builds or circuit bending. The lead vocals were recorded with the new microphone which I built in the past few days, and I'm happy with the way it interacts with my voice. In fact the only piece of gear used that I didn't build was the microphone for the hook vocals... and they are meant to be unintelligible, as they were recorded spontaneously with a patch I called a Spivocoder (on my modular synth). Uptempo and aggressive, it's definitely my sort of industrial. Please give me your opinions if you have the time! Thanks!

Description : Updated 6 May 2017 - I took a bit of advice from OViea91 in order to enhance the reverb field of the vocals, and I also worked to tame some harsh high end in order to allow the low frequencies and dynamics to shine through more. I think it is an improvement. Downloads allowed now! 21 April 2017 - Here is my latest song, which begin from two directions at once. The lyrics began as a sort sentence written on a calendar photograph, and the music began as my entry to the FL studio "Sytrus Only" competition. I finished the vocals completely freestyle, using my DIY 100 proof microphone. All of the sound design is still the original entry, and thus uses only the Sytrus plugin on FL studio. The arrangement barely changed from the original instrumental (to accommodate the vocals), but the mixing and mastering was updated slightly (since the competition did not allow any effects at all). Being observant can be a real bitch sometimes when you're out there in the world, though sometimes an idea like this can be the flip side of the coin. The song also started me thinking about the literal difference between "Earth" and "World." One seems specific, and one general... though I think that the generalisation can add to the longevity of the relevance of an idea such as this. Thank you for listening!

Description : The results of one of my most intense recording sessions to date. I don't think I've explored a single key this deeply ever before. (G minor for those of you wondering) I pulled out my old Epiphone Les Paul, which I've rebuilt and customized over the years. Typed the original lyrics for the song on a couple text message drafts in my phone, then expanded upon them. Has some dubstep elements which are obvious, but it's at a higher tempo. So I guess there's some gothic and industrial in there too. Thanks for taking a listen! You can get the new Spivkurl album "Charting The Anomaly," which includes this track at the We Are... Description : This is one sexy track. Bordering NeuroFunk.. I made this heavily sleep deprived and exhausted within a few hours.. Getting to grips with mixing again, how is it on your end? I'm also feeling some tom toms in the intro.. Maybe.. Best enjoyed with headphones :)

Description : The title felt a little weak, hence the change.
It's finished! The mix is far, far better, I've added some extras and brought out some sounds that weren't coming through previously. D'ya think it's gig ready?

Description : Here's a song that I wrote with my friend. I tried to make a gritty and weird song that also included using my voice as a soundscape. Some sounds are simply me blowing into the mic.I put an insane amount of delay on the vocals and pitch shifted them down 2 semitones as well as adding distortion. Enjoy!

Music:Rick Joanisse/Ty Dumoulin

Description : A sort of Bonobo-meets-Faithless track with woodwind from MrMosely. I don't really know the genre; but sounds like a mix of industrial and chill out. A simple song (Simpleton!!!) but hopefully it works for you guys... consider it a new years song/birthday song (ya, im 12 now!!)

Description : I used Serum and Sylenth1 to create all the synths and basslines. I used random percussion samples for the drums. It's not dubstep, and it's not Drum and Bass, but it's elements are heavily drawn from both to create an experimental industrial track in it's own class. It's heavy, aggressive, and driving. Some will like it, others won't. As always, mixing tips, suggestions and advice is welcome. Take care. V.

Description : For those of you who haven't grabbed my new album "Labrynth Of Self" I'm putting up another one from it. This is the only thing on the album that I'd really call industrial, and it comes closest to my goal of creating something that Ohgr might do on one of his albums. It contains some very weird sounds that I don't specifically remember creating. Don't be shy with your critique, it's not the sort of music everyone likes. Thanks for listening friends!
