Description : Another attempt in my continuing efforts to learn how make a trance track. Is intended to have a vocal doing the melody. Would try to find a singer but need to work out lyrics first. Description : This track is at 174bpm. I used a melody/tune from a popular SNES video game, Super Metroid, along with some drumming (obviously) and some specific and Unique sounds I'd created in Serum.

I will be posting all of the files I used to make this (which involves a good deal of original samples) very soon to the Remixes section (and will try and update this description with that link as soon as it is ready). I'm not looking for a collab, per-se, as much as I am hoping other people who enjoy this particular melody could have some fun with it.

Description : Kind of trap, kind of rap/hip-hop beat. Very happy sounding, in a sense, but has an overtone to it like it could be at time playful (the verse segments), but alludes to some deeper emotions, especially during the chorus melody.

I'm open to a collab, especially if you might want to work within the confines of the chorus(es) I've drafted up for the song, as they go amazingly well with the primary melody.

That is up to you though, especially if you just want to rap over it, in the very least, let me know and maybe if you're not down for the whole track, I can record my own choruses and the first or second verse and you can do the other. Up to you.

Description : At the risk of totally embarrassing myself, I am uploading this track. It was my attempt to produce a UK-style R&B track. I usually lay in the vocal melody line as a placeholder, using a Rhodes or B-3 patch. But, this track is primarily piano so Rhodes didn't work very well and the B-3 just didn't sound right. But, mostly, I couldn't get the expressiveness I wanted using the instruments. So, I decided to lay down a scratch vocal.

Now, I do understand entirely that I am a terrible singer. But, I needed to get the melody recorded somehow and I just could not find another way that worked properly. So, perhaps someday, a vocalist who can handle this track will present himself and I will gratefully remove this version.

I have no lyrics, so I'm singing nonsense syllables, which I understand is a fairly common method that even accomplished songwriters use when they are working things out.

And, if this is too offensive to Looperman members' ears, I will delete it. I'm not trying to inflict pain on anybody. Just trying to find a vocalist to work with.

Description : All right, so here some facts you should know BEFORE or WHILE listening the track: 1) The repetitive piano/sort of flute melody is a symbol for time is going fast (flute) even if we try to slow it down (piano): it will catch us at one day or another (the end part with the synth). 2) Each instruments has it's time : Sort of synth flute melody sounds a little old to me: that's the past. The present is the piano, since it never gets old. If you listen closely, the haunting sound looks like a starship ready for flight. It is how I represent future, with the synth. 3) The track was initially the middle part of a 3 minutes length project... that still unfinished, it's the bridge that link two part of the track Time... yup! that's how I name my projects. :)
4) This is a preview for two tracks from my upcoming mini-album "Time", which is a sort of conceptual mini-album. Every track ends with a note or chord. Which makes people think about church bells on a funeral day. (When people will listen to the whole album they'll hear 6 times a single note or a two-notes chord... one time at each end of tracks.) 5) It's two feelings in one : I used two tracks ideas to create only one. So the feeling had to fit with tracks "Time" and "Before Apocalypse" that were not done yet at the moment I did that song. If you guys still have questions, or for more infos, please leave a comment. Description : A song that fuses together several different styles. The drums and bass are obviosly dnb inspired, but theres some jazz elements (like an organ) thrown in there, as well as chillout elements: such as the acoustic guitar, and subtle pads in the second half of the track.

I had a lot of fun producing this, its still yet to have a bridge added onto it in which I'll just try to be as creative as possible.

I'm not too happy with the drums at the moment, but I have got plans to substitute in a better bunch of drum patterns, seeing as the ones I've used feel a little empty, and more than a little generic.

I used a lot of the freeware MDA effects on this track, especially on the piano at the start and the organ in the middle. I highly reccomend you take a look at them.

But feedback is appreciated here, and I'm not gonna put it up for download until the song is finished.

UPDATED! :D

I added an extra half tempo chillout section to the track, taking it up to 2:23 in total now. I may or may not add a wobble bass to this section, I'm thinking I will as the only low frequencies in this part come from the kick drums, and afterwards, I'm thinking of adding a piano before bringing back the full tempo drums, bass, etc. Still not finished, so still no download.

SECOND UPDATE! :D

Added a dubstep bass to the track using a sytrus preset that Alen9R sent me- I appreciate the effort put into that 9r, cause it definatly helped me out with this track.
I've also got my dad to record a harmonica melody, which I then sampled. I continued after the half tempo bridge to bring back the drums, regular bass and organ, but I want to add something else into it. Still not finished, so it ends with a fade-out just to make it seem a little less sudden when it stops.

Final Update!
Added a second organ melody at the end, and ended it with the harmonica. Also adjusted the volumes to make it sound better, and put it up for download.
