Description : This is another guitar and sax improvisation. I used a delay on the guitar to add an extra rhythmic quality which I found in the line 6 toneport. It's quite a difficult beast to control, because you have to be in perfect time to get the repeats matching. You can hear there are a few places where it goes against the grain, but it still kind of works. The guitar and sax were recorded first take, again I'm looking to improve the instant mental composition part of my ability, I know holes can be picked in these performances, but that's why I'm doing this. I want to improve all aspects of my music and playing. This song just came out with a classical flavour. It's not my usual bag, but I dig the technique involved, and I can hear the parts of my playing I need to work on to improve if and when I decide to continue with a song in this vein.
This one is my favorite to date out of these improvisations, I hope it gives you some sort of emotion as you listen..
Cheers Slap...

Description : Hi, I just had to try and do my own type of music tribute to the sad and unfortunate events in Manchester the other night
I start the song off with a type of music box to represent like a young child and then i go into a violin strings to try and set the sadness and then after a while i used some soft drum and clicks to represent time ticking and then with just the piano and then in the middle of the track it picks up pace a bit and i decided on this because to represent the strength of the people that will stand strong and i once again also put the music box in with this and my reason was to be strong for the rest of the children and then i finsh up with the piano again and the ending on the drum to remember the lives sadly lost and a type of silence if it were
i really feel so sadened by this event and it trully has me in bits
may we all come together and forever be strong and stand up to these horrible people who think they can destroy us and our children and families and loved ones
God Bless you all and stay safe and be strong

Description : Simple piano solo I wrote last weekend at about 3am! It's just using the default Garageband piano instrument with some reverb. Played on my M-Audio Keystation 61es in one take - yes I could have tidied it up bit its more honest leaving it as is.
I plan to create an orchestral version of this soon. Anyone got ideas to collaborate and do something interesting with this then get in touch.
Comments gratefully received and thanks for listening!
Description : Might be my finest piano play to date. It has a very dark feeling in the beginning, like a sort of omen.
I hope you all enjoy it ;)
If someone wants to sing on this message me or leave a comment for it ;) I would happily give permission to do so

The sax runs are phenomenal! Nice work.
nice relaxing vibe that sax wooow i made me almost cry its really that great :D
I realy don't think I am exagerating anything when I say that everything you tuch turn golden. It realy affects my mood in a very positive way when I listen to it. That being said, the backround guitar could have a more flavoured delay stereo-wise.
I kinda felt that the saxophone was done no justice by its soroundings.
Really impressive!
It's really an excellent track(added it instantly to my favs).Love this delay(I also work with toneport).I think it doesn't matter if it goes against the grain sometimes cause it gives some variations. You sax playing is really beautiful too,I got a song called "Shine" that's crying out for a sax melody. If you're interested...
Hey man, this is so very impressive. The fact that it's improv. makes it all that much better, phenomenal piece of music, sir, you are incredible.

Hey Slap....instant favourite..I'd love the guitar piece to suddenly change into a choir with the same motif....you can dip your musical oar into anything....very evocative...this whole piece is fantastic..there's so many possibilities that come to mind...incredible..and yeah, way tricky to keep the delays in sync!..cheers Dave
