Description : This is a collab with fellow friend, musician and keymaster SongDoc (David C. Deal), myself...with the acapella is from Chris Vena. We decided to give this one a dark heavy metal overtone (almost goth like) but still hold a club groove to keep it moving and interesting. It was an exercise in creating atmosphere. It basically shows how versatile David is, he virtually can play any genre with impecable success. Not really what people may expect from the two of us, but it definately was a lot of fun as all collabs are with Dr. Deal. Get ready to groove with the dead ! LOL Cheers and comments are always most welcome.

wow.. I guess the arm healed okay while I was away..
Nice and Chunky, and still funky. I like that it's a heavy song, but you could play this in your car without your girlfriend giving you attitude. Has a Great Club bounce. I agree with X, shades of Rammstein. Choosing a Rhodes type piano sound surprised me, and it works great. Most would have gone with Pipe organ or something too predictable. Geez, I didn't see if we could still fave a song..I'm going to try!
When this track jumped into the guitar and bg vox, it immediately reminded me of nightwish. Your always rocking with these amazing collabs. The lead guitar is wicked and so are the vocals. I dont think this is purely metal, more like a cross of some genres, but amazing nonetheless. Your work never ceases to amaze me.
Wow this totally rocks! I love the sound of the guitar! The vocals are really addictive! Really cool organ solo, it makes this piece really out of the ordinary! An excellent collab guys!
I absolutely love your guitar tone,it is quite different from what I've heard from you.
think after the first few seconds when the guitar came in it was so important in setting the darker feel of the song.
Those chords at the end brought a smile to my face and the Keys were right on the money.
Hey Bill, did you do the synth voices I hear? cause they add a great deal to the overall sound, very good.
Of course a big complement to David and Chris...yes this is a nice surprise....Say hello to David for me and pass on my best complements.
Thanks very much for the review. Actually it was David who did all the choir voicing. Definately set a tone with the song for sure. I stayed away from any lead as I thought it Dr. Deal's Keyboard solo saidd all that needed to be said on this track....he just totally rocked !
This is a total knockout collab - respect to youse guys - Bill, creating and shaping this riff-crazy metal masterpiece - SongDoc, i've been listening to Rod Argent's organ solos in the Zombies, and this takes the cake - Chris, really unique way to use the harsh with the emotive voice - killer music, gents
Thanks for the review bro. SongDoc (David) is a Psychologist when he's not playing keyboards...I think he may have gotten into my head with this one. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks very much. - Bilbozo

Description : I asked Danke if I could add some vocals to his track Future Machine and he kindly agreed and sent me the track. The lyrics are about a soldiers experience in war as he and his trench mates are told to get up and out of their trench and attack the enemy across open fields. I can only imagine the fear, tension and chaos that goes through one's mind at that moment.
Description : I discovered Meshuggah around 2003 and was blown away by the power, complexity and super Heavy sound of their music. Their "Nothing" album marked the switch to 8 string guitars and pushed Heavy Metal into a whole new territory. My track is a variant cover of their song "Nebulous". I have stayed pretty close to the original but added a few dynamic elements of my own. Its loud, its super heavy and way out there...Beyond Nebulous.
Description : This unconventional metal track is dedicated to Valvedriver https://www.looperman.com/users/profile/841435 though it's not a parody of his fine music or me actively trying to sound like it. I struggled for months with the first few minutes of this track knowing that I must be able to take it somewhere deeper, more psychedelic and powerful. Then I loaded some sampled choir voice instruments, as used in my track Reckful https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/160356 and suddenly found myself happily in Valveland - not a place I visit often. Feeling amply Valvedriven and newly inspired, I added the last few minutes fairly easily and very quickly. So: it's a twisting, turning mixture of grunge, menacing ambient, mystical metal and ultra-heavy funk. Instruments: electric guitar+bass, synth basses, female choir voices, one synth pad, some other synths on the nastier side of things and a few programmed heavy acoustic drumkits playing a mixture of triplets and straighter grooves. Interesting thoughts appreciated. Favourite bits? Shit bits? Please listen on good headphones/speakers as there's a lot of heavy bass in this. Now get ready to rock: balls out, hands in the air and with rebellious joy in your heart. Just try not to headbang the hell out of your laptop. Go!
Description : Whats up guys?! Been a while I know. Iv'e moved around a lot but have finally settled down and have been hard at work with my metal band. Unfortunately I've had to put my solo work on hold for a bit while I'm recording with the band. We are being professionally recorded now, a very big step up from the last recording of my band that I posted here. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy! We are, Raze The Pyre.

chris' voice reminds me of nuada.
definetely has a dark vibe. different from what i'm used to hearing from you, nevertheless, still very enjoyable!
