My greatest influences always come from local or underground bands such as Skeleton at the Feast, Crash Kit,and Morhine Killer. Greatest pro influences include Chevelle, Biffy Clyro, The Offspring, Deftones, Thrice...and that's just some of the rock ones.
I'm pretty simple, I guess similar to Chevelle but not really, a little like Alchemy Index era Thrice at times. Lately I've been playing with atmosphere and lots of reverb.
I'm a student, a track runner, a soccer player, and a custodian part time at a gun range. I'm part of two bands, a jam band named Binding Oath and my much more serious solo project titled Backwood Grove.
