I should have quite a bit of fun remixing this one. It has that nice quirky bounciness to it, your music really reminds me of early Aphex Twin tracks in so many ways.
I'll see what I can come up with, this should be interesting!
Thank you so much! Being compared with Aphex is a big compliment! I'm really glad you liked this track, and I'm eagerly awaiting your remix! Thanks for the review and fave!
Too cool, I grabbed the stems for this a few days ago, great idea posting in the forums, thought I would start the remix without listening to the original first, try and get influence from the material provided rather than the track itself...curiosity finally getting the better of me now lol...agree with Uberstrat, very clean sounds, perfect choice for a remix, cool to hear how the audio is arranged originally, love what you do to bro, will be sure to post mine when its finished in the forums, thanks for the motivation! peace.
So glad to hear that you're getting in on this remix opportunity, I can't wait to hear what you do with the stems! I'm glad you like the original! I would never have thought to put this up for a remix if it wasn't for some of my looperfriends! Thanks for the review and fave!
You are indeed a unique genius mastermind Spiv! Totally love this piece. Really interesting throughout, simple and yet beautifully complex. Totally unique and brilliant! Loved it and faved it!
You're to kind my friend! I'm really glad you could get into the piece, and hear the complexity I was speaking of! Thanks so much for the review and the fave!
Figured I'd take a listen after seeing your forum post, and I gotta be honest, this is a pretty cool track. The drums have a nice punchy, almost 8bit c64-esque sound, which I think is pretty cool. The pitch shifting at the start is really cool. The growl bass sounds pretty damn awesome.
The way this thing plays the part of an enigma of sound is just awesome.
It just seems to endlessly recreate upon itself.
Its weird because its so minimalistic, yet at the same time extremely complex.
Spiv, you always seem to know how to make tracks that are so dang unique but also make me want to bob my head L:
Listening to your sound is always quite an experience brother. I'm glad I took a listen to this one!
Really dig the end btw L:
Thanks for stopping by to listen! I'm glad you heard the complexity I was talking about with this one. Glad I could make you bob your head! I appreciate the review!
Hey Spivkurl....I was just listening to a remix of Blue Monday (New Order) and was thinking how little a kick roll is used, but how effective it sounds!
Anyhow I really liked the synths used and the harder style you put into this one
oh, i got some crazy sounds myself, FL rocks man... I truly dig the panning you do bro, dig the slight ripping bassline that drops out to let the sychedelick birds do their thang, then the
oh - i think you should post this song up for a looperman remix babe !
this has a very computer geeky sound to it,i like that a lot,its me want to go back to FL and lay down som computer bit sounds like u lol.hell of track spiv
hey i have a new track up and i plan on remxing one of ur tracks again, just gotta go through libaray like the good old times, plus i cant promise its gonna sound the same with my crazy ideas.

Wicked beat mate, really digging the beat in this one, nice synths, dirty bassline suits piece very well indeed Spiv, excellent arrangement, keeping track interesting for the whole trip, very good use of FX Spiv, one very catchy and enjoyable listen, loving it my friend....fav'd...Peace n Respect...Estefano...
Thanks so much for stopping by! Always good to get a review from you my friend! I'm really glad you liked this track, and I hope you get to hear some of the remixes people did of this one! Thanks for the fave too!
Dang this is cool, loved the intro to death. The bass synth sounds like my stomach after eating too much chinese food, haha, just kiddin Spiv, this is very Spivkurlish! Keep up the great work my friend, you always make music interesting to listen to!
playful and fine - refreshing as a cold crisp pinot grigio in this heat - an excellent balance of sounds - tastes good and it's good for you - my idea of a great buncha grapes - beauty!
Great buncha grapes! I love it! Your reviews always make me smile! Thanks for listening, reviewing, and faving! Oh yeah, and thanks for the awesome remix!
I like this track, it brings an image to my head of you in a tiny room tweaking the hell out of various little musical gadgets, chords extending in every direction, like a mad scientist..
About the song though, very sweet! a lot complexity in the sounds created, but melodically simplistic, keeping it nice and playful :)
Glad you liked it! You totally just described me in my studio! This was a fun one to do! Can't wait to hear what people come up with for remixes! Thanks for the review and fave!
@ first I thought it rather odd that the track was only 0:18 long (turned out to be some kinda small glitch though so nevamind). Really digging the growly-like bass synths going on here. And agree that the kick-roll was fun (not done enough in songs IMO, course that's strange for me to say since I almost never use any kind of drum fill in my stuff). On the suggestive side, I'd kinda like to hear the synth stuff more (as is, they come out kinda weak/soft in the main mix, me thinks). Though on the flip-side they aren't overbearing like they sometimes can be (heard on other mixes here or wherever). Overall this was a pretty decent lil jam ya threw at us. Cheers!
Hey, thanks much for stopping by. Yeah, the drums are definitely stealing the show on this track, but I thought it sounded pretty good that way. The synths can probably get a focus on some the remixes people will do! Glad you liked the fills! I appreciate your review!
This is nice spiv! I like the echoey weird sounding synth lol Hmm and as far as the complex part, it doesn't seem that complex to me, but maybe you did some advanced sequencing of sorts or composed in a awkward time signature. nevertheless, very nice track spiv, regards
Thanks for being the first to review my new track! Glad you liked. I said it was complex because I use 15 instruments to build it which is a little more than usual for me. Thanks much for your views!

Description : 'The main point of this song is really about the frustrations of living in the overload of today's World of Tech. The consequences are impaired communication and that if you advance too far you end up diminishing what you had to start with, so you are way worse off.' Enjoy a 60s Rhythm with a modern deep Bass, a Sitar, a Piano from EvilPianist, a lost flute from UniverseHuston and some Oscillators :-)

Description : A demo of one of my current projects. The chorus vocal sounds like "Aaaaraashe" to me. The song is in C# minor with a nod to C# pythagorean on the chorus. The beat on the verse was inspired by the Peter Gabriel song Intruder.
Description : This is one of my earliest productions that I did at the start of my recording career. I did not have a keyboard at the time I made this song, so I improvised and used my sister's iPad and a 5 dollar GarageBand application instead, and plugged the headset jack into into my PT6 rig and did my best to turn each individual track (which were mono and there were about 25 tracks or so) into a stereo image. Then recorded vocals over it. My computer was so old and slow that I had to mix my music and then BOUNCE it to a new session - four times. My computer (which had 512 MB RAM and an 80 GB hard drive) couldn't handle more than 8 tracks at a time or it'd stop working because the processor couldn't handle it. Took me FOREVER to do. But I got it done. Had a lot of fun doing it too, even if it isn't my "best" work. I'm still happy with it, considering I didn't have many tools to choose from at the time.
Description : Long time lurker first time poster, pretty new to production n stuff, this is my first track in Ableton Live.
was going for a darkwave/synthwave sound, reminiscent of Justice, Carpenter Brut, Perturbator, ect.
Looking for some feed back, constructive criticisms or even just your thoughts if you liked it or not. This is just a rough cut on this current WIP, just the bones of it if you will.. If you have some cool title suggestions, would love to hear those too.
Thanks for listening.

I'm thinking about remixing as well
I've already downloaded the stems :)
I have to say I think the track needs a bit of thickness under the kick and under that bass....
remixing this is going to be fun....
I'll let you know when I come up with something brother...
keep 'em coming
Great job spiv!
