on Troubled Minds Ft TheG1t by SeriouslyJoking
This was cool to listen to. I was listening to something completely different as far as tone and atmosphere and then this hit me. Pretty cool stuff. I was waiting for the drums to kick in at some point but it never happened. That's ok, I enjoyed it all the same.

Thanks,

Wayne

Hi Wayne!
I'm working on the drums, so there will be some drums too when it's all finished.
Thanks for the feedback! Cool to hear it's already working for you in this state.

Take care and thanks for listening!

Whoa, the drums sounded great to open the song. Then I realized that this is an intro for your next album while I was reading your description to the track. hehe

I like it, certainly makes a statement. What more can you ask?

Well done man.

The music builds up great at the beginning and the guitars add so much. Overall it rocks! The one thing I would work on is getting the vox out front a little more. Towards the end you sing louder and it is much better but it sounded to me that you could boost the earlier vocals a bit, they were a bit lost in the guitars and drums. Cool track though, I liked it!

on I Know You by MisterCH
I think it is great that you can write a song for your friend and express it by recording it. The reverb you have on the singing is interesting, as long as you like it that is all that matters. Maybe some compression might help the acoustic guitar and drums to stand out a little more, it will give them a bit of punch. It's a catchy song, I like it.

Heavy metal, not enough of of it here. There is some crazy drum rolls and some cool guitar playing. Hope you get someone to do some singing on it. Well done!

Nice atmospheric beginning that sets up a nicely recorded song. Easy on the ears, very chilled out I think. always good to hear some live horns, nice job adding that. Getting a new guitar is a great feeling, have fun with the classical guys! Well done!

Hey man it's been a while! How's things?

Cool laid back beat with some unusual percussion to make it interesting to listen to. Big low end, shook some items near my speakers. Being a bass player, that must mean it's a good thing! It's simple, kinda Middle Eastern flavor, I've always liked that sound. Yup, enjoyed it!

Nice relaxed and beautiful vocals on a bed of soft pads, strings, an easy beat. Very subtle percussion that adds a lot. A very enjoyable track. Glad to hear a new one from you, doesn't matter the tempo or tone, it will be something to enjoy. Well done on the mix too.

Pretty cool, especially the singing. The hard guitar works great and sets a tone right from the beginning. Keep up the singing Spiv, very original!

Thanks for your kind feedback! I didn't really practice much for the vocals, just wanted to express my feelings using someone else's song. The "guitar" is actually a sound I made with FM8 and then played the parts on my new midi controller. It does sound quite a bit like a guitar though. Thanks for the support!

Thanks for the feedback my friend! I feel like this song is almost too honest, it really freaks my wife out, understandably so. I'm still happy with it though, especially since it's pretty much my most popular track. Your comment makes me happy, thanks!

That's who it was. I couldn't remember. Eshar's loop at the beginning. I used one other of Eshar's on a track I did called "Little Jag" People complain about the noise on Eshar's pellas but on certain tracks the lack of quality lends itself to the character of the track. I kinda dig how messed up it is.

Yeah, I guess there must be some kind of intuitive chemistry between me and Ed. Till now we've been getting on very well (musicaly and personaly) and I hope there will be many more opportunities to consolidate this level of harmony.
Thx alot for stopping by and posting a kind comment!:)

Nice vocal processing throughout the song. Maybe make your vox a bit more out front. They sound cool but they need to be the main focus. I like the track, kinda HH and alt rock mixed together. Well done!
