Description : I asked Danke if I could add some vocals to his track Future Machine and he kindly agreed and sent me the track. The lyrics are about a soldiers experience in war as he and his trench mates are told to get up and out of their trench and attack the enemy across open fields. I can only imagine the fear, tension and chaos that goes through one's mind at that moment.

Description : I added some drive on my tweed Fender Bronco amp and used the new Les Paul Jr. Man, that P 90 pickup has quite the bite, absolutely loving the tones this guitar has. The songs are in the guitars they say, I agree totally. Rock song towards the punk/alternative end of the dial. Another breakup song.

Description : I was listening to Pictures of Matchstick Men by Status Quo a month ago and decided to check out a few more tunes by these guys when I ran into Down, Down and this song, loved both instantly. Pre punk I would call this track from 1972. All guitars are my new Les Paul Jr. Versatile guitar for just having one pickup.

Description : My neighbor let me borrow his G&L S 500 strat with pearl pick guard and beautiful bird's eye maple neck, headstock and fretboard. It has active pickups, compare the left and right rhythm tracks. It has a brilliant blueberry burst finish. The lead is with my new Les Paul Jr. Piano and accordion in the lead for effect. The song is about being a moonshiner.

Description : Took a couple months away and decided to retire my old imac and get a new M3 chip imac. By doing so EZ drummer and Ableton had to be upgraded to the latest version to comply with Apple's new chip. And I just bought a new 50's Epiphone Les Paul Jr with a tobacco burst, "Inspired by Gibson" series. Here's the first song using all the new stuff. All guitar is the new Les Paul Jr. A song about a carjacking with a good ending.

Description : Hard rock, a bit towards the punk end of things. Turned on the distortion on the Fender Downtown Express bass pedal and I'm playing my Epiphone Les Paul Standard using the Marshall Guv'nor guitar pedal. Moog Theremini theremin lead. Our character seems to be down on his luck.

Description : Here is a more modern cover of the classic Melanie Safka song that I loved as a child. Her voice was strong and haunting at times and her songs were powerful like her hit Lay Down. Look what I did to her song, electric guitars and harmonica, oh my.

Description : A rock song about drinking too much wine and the atomic bomb.
18th Jul 2023 07:50 -  10 months ago
Description : Medium tempo rock song about a lost love or something along that line. A variety of Les Paul guitar tones through the Guv'nor.
29th Jun 2023 10:00 -  11 months ago
Description : Multiple guitar tracks, bass, drums, singing, kept things pretty basic. A song about walking home after your vehicle dies at the end of a dead end road. A weird vocal part in the middle, something different.
30th May 2023 02:25 -  1 year ago
Description : A song about finding a dead body in a river. Epiphone Les Paul electric git, Fender Jazz bass git, strings, Johnson mandolin, EZ Drummer and some singing.
1st May 2023 04:44 -  1 year ago
Description : Pop/rock with a little sax, trumpet, piano, guitar, lots of bass, drums and singing. A song about going on an adventure of sorts.
21st Apr 2023 05:03 -  1 year ago
Description : Alt rock song where our character has an urge to keep moving on as far as where he calls home. Gritty guitars and vocals.
3rd Apr 2023 08:06 -  1 year ago
Description : A short folk instrumental number with drums, bass, acoustic guitar, mandolin, cello and harmonica. I would say this is more an interlude than a song, something to put between songs.
26th Jan 2023 09:20 -  1 year ago
Description : Rock song about a guy who's lifelong bad credit issues finally catch up to him. One distorted electric guitar, one with phaser on it, bass, drums, some piano, a singing track and a vocal breath effect.

Description : Folk rock with a theremin track. A song about the Klondike gold rush.
21st Aug 2022 08:43 -  1 year ago
Description : I did a cover of the Bee Gees classic song. Being from Massachusetts I grew up loving this song and the Bee Gees wonderful music and especially their harmonies. Kept the music simple but I did have the electric guitar and the harmonica in my hands a few times.
17th Apr 2022 02:34 -  2 years ago
Description : A lighthearted look at the space shuttle, Richard Feynman, american oligarchs and the Jetsons. Acoustic, electric and bass guitar, drums, singing a couple effects and a title of a lecture on youtube to watch Richard Feynman talk about Los Alamos while building the first atomic bomb, funny stuff.
28th Feb 2022 04:41 -  2 years ago
Description : This one is a cover of the Donovan classic rock song. Always was a fan, the Greatest Hits album is worthy of being in your record collection. Season of the Witch is my fav of his. Bass, drum, acoustic and a few electric guitar tracks, me singing, 2 pads, a trumpet and a french horn. Made a few adjustments to the mix, brought out the horn, bass singing a bit more.
2nd Jan 2022 05:06 -  2 years ago
Description : Start the new year off with a folk song about a train, a song about taking the long way home. This one is for Stobe the Hobo, RIP.
7th Dec 2021 07:28 -  2 years ago
Description : As kids, my brothers and I used to watch the WWF professional wrestling on Saturday mornings and one of the "characters" was a big dude who dressed as a US marine and had the moniker of Sgt. Slaughter. He used a submission hold called the Cobra Clutch. I recently watched the Ford vs Ferrari movie and was inspired by the great music in it. That's what this one is all about. Cool movie.
3rd Dec 2021 15:09 -  2 years ago
Description : I was fusion splicing fiber optic cable in the middle of nowhere, Alabama many years ago when a bunch of prisoners and a guard on a horse strolled by me as I was doing my thing. This song is about that encounter. Drums, guitars, bass, singing and some piano this time.
5th Nov 2021 17:51 -  2 years ago
Description : I asked Robin if he would like to add some electric bass guitar to my track, he agreed and gave me a bass track with a wobble effect on it. I added some electric guitar fills, some classical guitar strumming and fills, some tambo and shaker and sang a song about the warm desert sand.
