Wood & Leather - PhobosDeimos

Description : I played the guitar tracks myself, recorded in my bedroom with Acid Pro.. Other loops and samples from Fruityloops and from this website. Hope you enjoy, I'm not so sure my vocal track and lyrics fit, especially the change at the end... (Also what genre would you call it? I used acoustic guitar and loops and my vocals so I would call it Acousmatic)

Lyrics:
Paint chips away from this clever shade of gray
revealing scars and imperfections picked up along the way
I'm sanding and repainting and fixing things outside
cause I know you see me underneath, regaining my pride

on my way to something better, slowly climbing up again
i needed you to get me started, all i needed was a friend
every creek runs to a river, as every river runs to the sea
well every dawn fades into daylight and every twilight fades away

as long as there is time, there's time for change.

Description : EASE. Propella Head.

Dark atmosphere meets melodic lift in this upbeat roller from EASE. Deep bass and a driving groove keep the momentum moving, while the melody brings an emotional pull. Propella Head draws you into the shadows and keeps your feet moving.

Description : Heavy, but you can still dance to it. The kind of industrial from the Chicago Wax Trax era, bands like TKK. At least that's what I was aiming for.

Description : Underground hip-hop, jazz rap, boom bap, swung breakbeat, turntablism, sample-based funk.

Description : We used to ride all night thru downtown Chicago blasting Return to foever in Marks 72 Vega with 12" Ventura BIC speakers in the back that were chrystal clear. i was still too young to drive. Those were some of the greatest times I ever had I'll never forget that band the bandmates or those times. Mark out did himself on this Re-mix/Master. He also updated the Drums, makes the track feel brand new, even tho it's 4 years old.

PEACE...

Description : Sorry guys, you can't listen to what I've planned for this track. The gods have spoken and their words are scripture.

Instead, here is the instrumental to the work. I'll put the uncensored version somewhere else.
