Description : Bit of a rock blast on PC. I used to listen to what many used to call "motorway music". - Rock tracks you could get into while you ate up the miles. This tune is inspired by that thought in my car one day on a long journey. GO FOR IT !!

dude, you've nailed that motorway sound in this one...you've also managed to add a very mellow side to it with some great melodies on that lead guitar...seamless composition and arrangement...great tune, my man!

Hello Daniel,

Wanted to stop by and see what you had up as you also just checked out a tune of mine.

Overall, the sound is nice and the guitar playing is very good.
As for the drums, they come out the right speakers on my system.

I usually get my drums from www.betamonkeymusic.com
These are live recorded drums and they come in either 16 or 24 bit files. I always choose 24 bit as the quality is higher. They have samples for free as well and various types of music.

Of course when you use them at 24 bit, you have to final mixdown to 16 bit. It is the suggested way to go for quality.
I have several big drum programs in my software as well, but since I am not a drummer either, I am not always sure what goes where.

Anyways, I liked this tune a lot.

Thanks for listening and reviewing Randy. Drums are not my thing and I was convinced you had a session drummer in for your "made in Japan". Thanks for the good advice about www.betamonkeymusic.com I shall be giving this site a look.

i loved the guitar but the drums felt out of sync and only on the left side very distracting to listen to.

That's a good point about the drums. I just got a new laptop so hopefully my stereo image and other glitches will be sorted out. Thing is..I'm no drummer. I ought to get somebody to lay down some proper drum tracks. Thanks for listening and reviewing.

Description : "Celebrate the Cornerstone," penned by Kay Matteson, John Matteson, and Richard Shekari, is an uplifting contemporary worship song that beautifully encapsulates themes of salvation and divine love. Drawing from biblical imagery, the lyrics highlight Jesus as the Chief Cornerstone—initially rejected but ultimately essential to faith.
