i commented on this 2 years ago, i have not changed my mind either, i'm just more experienced now,
its so beautiful, your treatment of the vocal is cool they were right in the middle of the mix, everything was tight and fitted so well, the music is delightful its almost 1am UK i'm ill with sciatica and off work music is keeping me going, thanks for the pain relief, it works better than the meds they feeding me, seriously

Ed how on earth are you I have been a way so long and had to pop back to hear some tracks from the old loopers on here. This track is so relaxing and I absolutely love it. Well done mate

Hi, Ed. It's a rainy Saturday night in Ottawa. Pretty quiet. This track was exactly what I needed. Great RnB feel. You really nailed it. I like all kinds of genres, but RnB is for sure my favourite. Very tasty guitar work. Wasn't aware of SkiMidi's vocals. Definitely will check him out as you suggested. Like you, I've been on LM only sporadically but have resolved to visit more often and when I find a track like this one, I'm really happy I did.

Ed! Good to see again! Also good to hear that sweet guitar again. Nice laid back track, has a bit of that vintage rnb feel to it. Keep at it pal, this is the fun part in life if you can keep doing it.

Ed, how are you doing these days? I don't make it to the Looperman as much as I used to, so it's good to see a familiar "face" when I do, ya know?

I'd say this is an attempt that ended in success. It has a total retro-R&B sound. It goes without saying that I love your guitars. I always have. But I'm really digging the rhythm section on this one. It's got a great grove to it. The overall feel is very "summer-evening in the city". Like when you have no where to be, nothing to do, and time to just enjoy the moment, or moments if you're lucky enough to stay in that frame of mind.

Anyhow, good listen as always. I hope things are well with you.

The whole thing sounds quite lo-fi, which I find unusual for this style, but all the more interesting. And your guitar: So I can somehow hear the dear (God bless him) Eddie Hazel coming out of it...? A tiny bit? The sound, guitar and vocal track work excellently together. Compliment!
