Description : What can i say? Maybe, I like it. Not complete yet but on a good way. A kind of minimalistic electronic trance chilly stuff. Do you think you could play some bass to it or some e-guitare or some synth? I would enjoy if you do so and share it with me. Hope you enjoy the listen.
Description : This one came about after looping the female Mmmm vocal. Again this one was done a long time ago. Recorded in cubase

Description : "WORLD FUTURISM," a unique blend of global dance
and timeless sounds drawing from nature, traditional music, field recordings,
and the electronic savvy of modern centers like Chicago and London
Description : The tangled skein of life permeates all creation, binding the known to the unknown. This track, in its own subtle way, attempts to convey that.
Description : Just like the first EP "OGOU", this production focuses on organic elements with drum samples. It contains modern sounds such electronic down-tempo, future bass, and hip-hop, which makes the music sound old and new at the same time. With heavy sampling of African chants and sound generated from other tribes, this is production will bring more flavor and enjoyment--it's like Africa to your Ears.
Description : After a major uphill battle completing this song and turning it into what it is now, I feel some amount of satisfaction. It was like reality wanted me to give up or something. It's done... phew... Have updated this almost completely, from repatching the modular bass, playing some guitar parts, adding electric piano and synth lead, redoing and tuning the DW-6000 synth, of course adding my vocals, and mixing and mastering. It really has become pretty new wave, like much of my stuff does recently. Have added the lyrics as well. I am proud and happy with it, and I hope you all enjoy listening! UPDATE... woohoo just broke 1000 plays on this track here at looperman!

Hey finally here with a new track! I'm not sure what to call this other than electronic, due to the high tempo. This is the first song finished using my interface which allows direct MIDI control of my modular synthesizer. The mid frequency bass part is all from that patch. There are tracks designed with my Zoom RT-123 drum machine, the microkorg, and the circuit bent KORG DW-6000. Other than that it is just a kick and snare drum sample, and a a quick vocal snippet. So I guess it's fairly minimal in that respect. Would like to hear the Looperman community's thoughts on this song! Thank you for listening

Description : The answer to Close Encounters is Hymn Of The Pleiades. This is a strictly groove track where the elements of ambient meets electronic funk and Hip Hop. Track was recorded, mixed and mastered using Mixcraft Pro Studio 6 software. Results were achieved by using a FATA Studio 90 MIDI keyboard ran through a E-MU Proteus 2000 sound module, - for the phat funky bass synth. I also used a KORG O5R/W sound module for the retro lead synth parts and ambient sound pads.
I utilized what was essentially a old school Hip Hop drum track, arranged and beefed it up for that extra umh! I greatly appreciate all the positive feedback the track has garnered thus far. Keep listening and by all means, your comments are much welcomed... thanks.

Description : This coming from the New Project called, "World Futurism."
it's a production inspired by various tribes like Africa,Asia, North America. And with some heavy bass and synth sound, we got something refreshing to the ears.
I know I have promised a lot you that I will finish it but never did. However, I am for real this time.
Description : This one has a lot of changes. Pretty unique. Lots of dubstep sounds, glitch and other sounds. I always enjoy listening back to it. Throw on some headphones, crank it up, and experience the awesomeness of this epic electronic composition.
Great track, great feel - much enjoyed!
Love the chill vibe with the thumping kick. Nice funky groove.
I love this song. I would add some pads when you start singing. and then it needs a strong piano just playing ne note at a time. when i have the time, I would love to add to this one Joe. A great piece of work and very catchy as I keep thinking of it in my mind.

Very deep and interesting feeling to this song! The rhythmic elements are obviously very prominent and also quite good, but your vocals as usual steal the show and make this a song rather than just a "track."
It was interesting hearing someone reference PJ Harvey, as I can definitely hear what they mean. I would say that it is more well represented in her deeper tracks. Love and I used to listen to her various albums fairly obsessively, and very loud. It is simply a great comment to receive, from my point of view.
I hear things like this, and see the request for assistance, and I always want to get involved... then later I realize how many things I am already involved in, and I become timid. So I probably should not even bother at this time in life. I fail too often, and I don't want people to hate me (much).
I enjoyed the song a lot, and it's recorded oh so well! Fave!
wrong title, i was talking about "Is There Anybody Out There?" and "nobody home" from the wall

thanks Joe,
i read in many comments that your track was in a kraftwerk spirit, i agree with that but it was not my own feeling when i listened to it... your voice remembered me some intonations from the wall, Pink floyd. Particularly in the tittle "comfortably Numb". Don't ask me to explain why, it's just a feeling. I listened to your track several times, and each time, i said myself: "there's something from pink floyd in this one"
be sure i will listen to it again and again, it's really a good track!
Respect

really good work here, can you tell me what is the track bpm please?
PJ Harvey's song "Down By the Water" comes to mind immediately, everything from the music to the vocal parts.
I like it, cool idea, great atmosphere and instrumentation.

Yeah, I love the sub. I admit I didn't see the guitar coming. How do you feel about switching it out for something edgier?
Hey Joe!
It seems I'm the second one after our friend Silverman who smnells the reminiscences of Kraftwerk, although I'm completely taking in regard your explanation that the similarity wasn't intentional. Great work again Joe and it seems you'll be developing it further and maybe it even emerges on one of your future albums...I'm really holding my fingers cross for you to achieve that goal..:) Fave for this one !:)
Compliments_____Orlando
you should add some minor piano chords
Great work Joe ! a style i cant reach, but surely can appreaciate it , kuddos !!
Kraftwerk definitely made the German voice THE voice for electronic music.
This is superb.
My wife came in and said it's years since we listened to Kraftwerk but I don't remember this one!
I really hope you're going to release an album one day Joe I'm sure it would sell well over here.
