This is the second song I've hear on looperman today which blows the NIN song I heard this morning out of the water. It's the first new NIN song I've heard in a couple of years, and they have been a favorite for almost thirty years.

NIN = Nine Inch Nails. Trent Reznors synth and guitar based outfit thats been around now for a few years.
Feels like NIN and Gorillaz had a baby. :) And that is a good thing. Very trippy and cool. Has a hypnotic vibe to it. Nice job.

I still feel its a NIN opening, but I love the Pad rising like the sun to bring beauty to the track. the strumming guitar gives it an organic edge. organ stabs are a nice touch. yeah it does scream out sing over me!. 2:20 is a nice bass slap sound. a couple of Lwenbru Radlers, and some wine (Vidal, Niagara region) and I feel this track eating at my bones. the groove is infectious to the core, and those organs keep stabbing and stabbing until I have no more blood to bleed out.
All in all a great work.

By now I already got used to be pleasantly surprised whenever new example of silverman's "pop" is out....no different this time. Almost hypnotic rhythm together with great use of pads, keyboards and synths creates a very pleasing listening experience for this listener. Keep on delivering my friend!

We need more genre names! Like "Amsterdam Pop" for something like this, bc you're probably not gonna hear it on a pop radio station but you might very well hear it in an Amsterdam coffee house. It's a great groove and I like it a lot. Didn't hear any need for vocals except maybe just repeated phrases woven into the sonic tapestry, but it didn't make me desire song lyrics on top of this great music which is quite interesting and delectable enough. Great work.
So it starts out with a NIN sound, and then moves into this otherworldly zone. I get the Donna Summer Reference in this and think you should re-name it Love to medicate you baby!;-) it is a compelling listen though, and I will return to listen after a few more beers (since I am off tomorrow) to give a more randy description!
