Description : What happens when a short but hypnotic celtic intro turns into something completely different? The most noteworthy collaborator on this track (yeah you guessed, it's Tumbleweed) answered correctly to this question! A newly patented musical genre is what happens...yes..."SlovenianCelticCowboyMusic" is born. Sometimes we just have to cut off from being too serious...The version presented here has been carefully chosen from 4856 or so mixes...
As always all thanks to my dear friend Ed who makes such wonders possible to happen.....
Havent heard to much folk music here on site, but this is great, wouldn't expect anything less, with yourself and Ed, great clarity, very nice laid back beat, very nice chill type of guitar and piano, flowing nicely with the pads used, track has a very catchy groovy vibe, most have beaten me to give you more feed back mate, all I can say totally loving the track, Fav'd...Peace n Respect...Mosaic...
Thanks alot for your delicious compliments:) For all our fans:
Our first record will be out in March next year, and the "SCCM
World Tour" begins on 17th of May at Madison Square Garden NY!
You are such a talent! This track runs on repeat right now.
Besides the guitar and the atmosphere is your work with the percussions in this masterpiece outstanding. At the end i was only missing the sound of a saxophone.
Thanks alot Anders for your kind thoughts and positive feedback...That missing sax in the end is just one of many choices which have to be done in the end...it could have been different ofcourse but it is what it is:)
I like the new genre you guys have made, lol. This is certainly different and I like different. Lots of great comments and I have to say I agree with all of them. I do like the intro and how the song keeps me guessing which genre or direction will pop up next. It has a nice positive vibe and the mix is fantastic as well.
Thanks again for sharing your great music with us!
Always good to hear from you Wayne...your comments like this one are always highly appreciated. I'm really glad you liked this one so much and thanks for the fav!:)
Please let me join the others in telling you how beautiful this song is.
I really like the final piano part; superb sax.
And of course, Ed's guitars are the icing on the cake :-)
The level of your work is always very high.
Thanks for sharing your music with us.
Ciao, Domenico
Hey Orlando,
Let me say, and I don't say this often, I've never seen a track that takes so many different genres and melds them together into a masterpiece! The guitar playing had me mesmerized the entire time I listened! Great track!
A great pleasure to find yourself and listen to your production .... Excellent concept, with our friend Ed, who is always on top. Really great, you two.
I had a great time of absence here due to move, but I hope to be more diligent now.
Salut Dan and welcome back!:) I was really wondering what's going on, you being absent for so long...I'm glad you're back
and big thank you for the fav and supportive feedback!:)
Hey buddy, this is really innovative! Love the feel and sound of the mix, it's obvious that you spent a lot of time on it, and tried many things before settling on this version. Sax is not my favorite instrument by any means, but it fits right in with this style. Very pleasing listen in every way!
Hi Spiv, nice to know you liked it in spite of non-favourite
instrumentation...yeah, me and Ed were quite mixy this time before we decided to put this out...thanks alot for your kind and positive feedback!:)
This song puts me in a very good mood! Very upbeat groove, with hills and valleys, and very nice production as well. I don't know who did what on the track, but it all blends very nice. Thanks for putting it on as a download, I will enjoy driving to work listening to it in the morning!
There are many nice elements to this piece. It's totally laid back and chill, as I don't think you need to try and introduce a new style here. Nice work and keep it up.
Hi Orlando...well, I finally trying to do a little catch up this evening...so just had to stop by with my thanks...Once again you demonstrate the power of collaborative ideas...and when my own efforts fail me you have that special talent to take things another step forward....It is always a pleasure and I always enjoy the result as well as the process...and as always your talent and creativity shine....Ed
Thank God, Ed...I was afraid you have already frozen somewhere
in that cold weather in Canada...haha...all good then.:)
I think we had really good collaborative vibrations this time, so I have to say my sincere thanks back, cause this would never happen without your generosity on one side, and your musical excellence on the other...yes, as you say it's always a pleasure, so I'm looking forward for the next one.:)
Nice piece, digging the use of the sax and the guitar sounds great. The bass line carries it well. This is a very uplifting piece and i'm now enjoying the piano solo.
Great ideas going on here.
FR
Wow something new something Fresh . Very inspirational kind of stuff here. really setting the bar with the originality factor. Great job. Definitely downloading + Fav-ing this track!!! Thanks for sharing and take care-EazyBeatz :)
Europe appreciating it's culture together.... finally! I raise a glass of Brinjevec to you and ED. Job well done indeed. awesome song and mix. Really Really good boys.
Steve
Thanks alot Steve, I really appreciate this comment and brinjevec will do good...hehe...I wish the three of us would have a chance to drink it together for real one day in the future.:)
Ahh...This is very relaxing Orlando. Something i can just tilt my head back to and listen. Amazing instrument work throughout, sounding very original as a whole song. Keep it up, i wish to hear more :)
-EYEDYE
Very interesting intro with the bagpipes! When the saxophone plays, it gave a little jazz feeling at first, but with the percussion's rhythm, it's more of a western style than anything else, it's cool.
The track is nicely glued together.
Yeah, it is a mixture of many things. I like doing eclectic stuff although it's not always necessarily a good idea. The ingredients must be properly balanced to make the track sound ok. I hope that we succeeded this time in that respect.
Thanks alot for the positive feedback!:)
Seriously good track - great intro and transition. Good musicianship throughout. I think it could use lyrics but that's for the remix. Well done!
-clindsay
hi Orlando,
really nice music with some melancholic or nostalgic flavour - this sax sounds really folk-like.
I like Tumbleweed's guitar in here it fits nicely.
Your piano playing is very fine as well.
Really good song and I enjoyed the production. Alex
Yeah, indeed this piece offers some mixed feelings which miraculously don't conflict with each other, but form a sort of harmonic contrast whatever that might be.:) Ed's guitar is ofcourse the class of it's own and is beyond any doubt the highlight of this track, although I'm a bit disappointed with my piano playing...I think I had much better moments on some previous works. Maybe this is because I was focusing on sax this time.
Anyways, thanks alot for the positive feedback!:)
I've heard nearly the same like this in feeling...
Again those Quimby songs...you remember Orlando...
Now, I checked some of their tunes, they write many songs in E minor or around those chords...it's got (I mean E minor chord) some travelling attitude...:-)
Brilliant song...
Sad but beautiful and happy but hopeless as our life around the Balcanic area...
Thankx for this masterpiece buddy, the team's best as I feel and think...
Yeah, Danke....ofcourse I remember Quimby, you sent me link once...great band, and I must say I really hear similar feeling in their music compared to this song...
I'm very grateful and happy for your positive thoughts on this one. I don't know if it's team's best but I can say that on collaboration level it was the best experience so far.:)
Grazzie tanto Musicante!:) Yeah, I agree, it's more fusion than folk, but since some folks are very sensitive about usage of term fusion I've chosen something which might be prominent ingredient of the track.
Another beautiful rendition to enjoying life you have here Orlando51.
Really enjoying listening to your compositions. This one brightens and lights up the darkness overshadowing our sombre days. It is delightful and the saxophone just carries the listener away from the stress of life.
Thank you very much Billy for being the first to comment this one off offer...The first positive feedback is always a relief...I'm so glad you accepted this one with open hands...
With much appreciation_____Orlando

Description : This is a country/folk track in a genre I don't do much, so I thought I'd give it a go. It also has some instruments I don't use much, namely the banjo, mandolin and fiddle. I got the title from a movie I saw a few months ago. Hope you enjoy, Scott.
Description : One of my oceanics. It is a Greek song, short but full of my sentiments about the sea and our land. I am glad to share it with the listeners of LM and of course my friends, co-workers of music.
Description : A folk rock ballad done in 3/4 time.
I am performing all guitars, vocals, bass, shaker and tambourine. Drums and French horns written in MIDI. 2 Apple percussion loops used.
Description : I wanted to do something different like i do normaly. And I think that I was successful.
A -drum ´n chill folk song-. A kind of hippie music in colorful garb of the modern era.
At the end of the track there is a bonus.
Something in the way of bonfire music.
Only minor2go with guitar and I sing all alone at ......................................................................................................

Description : Well as you all know by now. I do love to tell stories in music. And for you that didnt know already. Iam a story teller. Its something i like to do a lot. Than this song came about through a dream of mine. I simply try to translating it into audio and sound. And well this is the result of that translation. It is again a classical, folkish like song. I just love these kind of music of old. Iam a sucker for that. And yes iam a traditionalist myself as well. So enjoy & one love all.
Description : Wrote it on a relaxing Sunday morning. Acoustic guitar rhythm with an acoustic lead, bass and guiro. Updated: removed some percussion, remixed and mastered.
Description : THR LOVELY AND TALENTED PATRICIA EDWARDS PERFORMED A SPARKLING VOCAL AND WROTE THE MELODY N WORDS AND INSPIRED ME TO REDO THIS TRACK...THX SO MUCH
Description : I had the idea that this lyric could be rapped over my track but not having the skills to do that repurposed Joni's masterful voice - It seems a little jarring at first but I kind of like how it fits as it goes along - My multitracked classical guitar and my constructed beat from various vst kits and 'you know who ' sampled vocal (cut up just a little). Not sure about genre
