Desert Sands - Boyadjian
13th Aug 2008 20:39 - 18 years ago
Description : This is a work in progress.... Another noisy one. This song is another one inspired by DJAerith's samples. I took his line and turned into a choir. The drum loop is a dub drum of fankster. In this song, I've recorded three bass lines. One with drive and wah, one with phaser and a clean one. This song has a dense feeling. Not a lot of bass playing technic, but I recorded a nice tapping at the end. I would appreciate comments about mixing... That's something that I need to learn... I'm also working on the last lead bass line.

Description : EASE. Propella Head.
Dark atmosphere meets melodic lift in this upbeat roller from EASE. Deep bass and a driving groove keep the momentum moving, while the melody brings an emotional pull. Propella Head draws you into the shadows and keeps your feet moving.

Description : Heavy, but you can still dance to it. The kind of industrial from the Chicago Wax Trax era, bands like TKK. At least that's what I was aiming for.

Description : We used to ride all night thru downtown Chicago blasting Return to foever in Marks 72 Vega with 12" Ventura BIC speakers in the back that were chrystal clear. i was still too young to drive. Those were some of the greatest times I ever had I'll never forget that band the bandmates or those times. Mark out did himself on this Re-mix/Master. He also updated the Drums, makes the track feel brand new, even tho it's 4 years old.
PEACE...

Description : Sorry guys, you can't listen to what I've planned for this track. The gods have spoken and their words are scripture.
Instead, here is the instrumental to the work. I'll put the uncensored version somewhere else.
