Description : This is a pretty spaced out trip hop tune mashed up with some funk elements. I recorded the guitar myself and arranged everything with Cubase. I hope it sounds good and nobody hears that I can't play guitar.

Description : I did this track with Cubase 6.5, mainly the Halion and Groove Agent plugin. The more I use both plugins the better I like them. I also added an acapella by KBB0. This tune goes into the meditative instrumental Hip Hop genre, which I like a lot because of its minimalistic and repetitive but also playful approach to music. I'm still playing around with the final mix but only getting slight improvements if any. I hope this sounds ok.

Description : I haven't uploaded anything for a while. I hope this tune might be worth a listen which I did with Cubase 6.5 on my laptop using acapellas by Napoleon Complex and Sean Boogie as well as AnomalyJ. Tell me what you think of it. Any comments and bit of advice are highly appreciated.

Description : I made this tune recently while I was getting familiar with cubase 6.5. I only used the sounds and FX from cubase itself.
Not sure if the mastering is ok. Sounds pretty mellow to me.
I used the "jennymayhem-could-be-ft-jesse-taylor"-pella from this site. Love it.

Description : I used the NI Battery, Reason Thor and a trombone sample to create this Lounge-Jazz-Chill out tune. I arranged everything with Cubase.

Description : I created this rather oldschool hip hop beat in Cubase and added the Full Time acapella by Sean Boogie. I also used parts of pellas by Hustle and M1ssliss from this site. I hope this is an enjoyable piece.

Description : I'm stuck with this track. Please let me know how it sounds. I'm not so versed when it comes to mastering my tracks so any advice/comment is highly appreciated. I did the piano line with the Reason Steinberg Piano Addon. The drums are a compromise and I will probably replace them as soon as I find something better.

Description : This is a song from january 2011 that I've made for a remix contest. I did a remastered version and I think it sounds better now. My intention was to mix chillout elements with electro elements.

Description : This track is very rough and I think I'm gonna leave it like this for the moment. It's based on short patterns I played on my bassguitar. It has a bluesy feeling. Vocals by Anomaly Jonez.

Description : Downtempo chill out tune. I'm also working on a drum'n'bass version, which was my first intention. I used sounds from a Korg synthesizer. I think it was an earlier version of the R3 or so. Unfortunately it's not my own.

Description : This is left over from a session in early Winter 2010. The end of the track is the start of the "My Looperman"-track, which goes into the fusion direction. I uploaded "My Looperman" with the pella by Anomaly Jonez seperatly. I really had fun doing these different parts and playing around with various genres , even I'm not 100% satisfied with the mix.

Description : This experimental track has come a long way since the first version. Synthie sounds are from the NI Absynth and Reaktor. The guitar- and bass-parts I recorded myself and added a bunch of FX.
Updated: Made slight changes on the mix. I made it wider by mixing a few things more to the side channels. Also increased the gain of the distorted guitars and thought that I could make the sound more detailed by reducing the loudness factor of the mastering. Just cleaned it up a little.

Description : This song became a longterm project, because I've changed it so many times. I'm now ok with this version, that uses an Absynth guitar and various Instruments from Reason. Certain drumhits are recorded by myself and programmed with the NI Battery. It probably won't be the last version.

Description : I really like this slightly spiritual tune, because it has so many influences. The 4 string toys'r'us guitar that belongs to my 3 year old nephew is one. It is pretty hard to play with my hands that are more used to a bassguitar and big as toilette seats. I also hear a little bit Bonobo out of this. But I'll let you judge.

Description : This is a remixversion of a simple reaggae loop I did a while ago. I chopped up the instrumentals and added a new beat and a spooky synth. The trumpets are from the Reason NNXT Player. Pizzicato alike bass is also Reason. I think it's somewhere between Dub and Reaggae.

Description : The beat was made with the NI Battery and the Guitar went thru the Boss GT5 into Cubase and sounds a bit rough and unpolished. But it has something I can't create when I try to record it a second time. That's all I remember.

Description : I tried to arrange a natural sounding acoustic drumkit in the NI Battery, which I could possibly use in Acoustic as well as in Crossover/Rock songs. This is the first song where I used the kit. It starts laid back. At about 2:10mins it's getting faster and heavier.

Description : I did this little electro dance track just for fun. Usually it's always fun doing music, but sometimes when I really love a melody or a beat it can get pretty serious and I don't wanna mess it up. Here I had no concerns at all. Considering that I am not so much into that kind of music, it came out pretty well. The glitch part in the middle of the song is a bit rough and could need some adjustments I guess.

Description : I picked cinematic as the genre becuase there is no lounge in the list, and although it sounds pretty chilled, I think it's much more than just a chillout tune. One of my better tunes so far. I like the rides and toms, which add a special Lounge feeling to the song. I kept this on my harddisk for quite a while now, because I always thought there's something missing. Maybe I can get some new ideas via Looperman.
