Description : Weird space FX percussion layer for groove techno or similar genres. Made with Koala Sampler, then further processed in Reason. I used Audiomatic and Modsweeper (Phaser), then Ripley for extra extra space.

Description : Roland JX-08; single held notes in A#m running through Wider and Pulse envelope generator to make it pump with the kick drum. The low frquencies are still mono though so it should sit under OK. Tested in mono too just in case.

Description : I'm off to see Backrooms today so I recorded a loop in the vibe of the film (with my own take of course - it has to be a party). Made with OB-X with the CRT plugin from Cymatics, TriggerGate and QFX Color. Nailed the 90s vibe I reckon.

Description : I got some new drum one shots so I put together this nice little house beat in Kong, complete with some vinyl compression for that old school feel. Swing is on 57%. Groovy baby.

Description : Yamaha V50 Sequenced with Arturia Keystep. I added sidechain and compression in the box using SideKick and NI Supercharger. Good bassline for techno, bushtechno (psytech), minimal house or tech-house. Just add a kick loop to see how it sounds. Groovy.

Description : The emulator got an update so of course I had to crank out a quick loop with it. I added Arturia Chorus and Alligator Filter Gate to the loop for good measure.

Description : NI Massive sequenced with a Euclidean Sequencer called Constellations. It is free and could be quite powerful I think - this is just an early experiment. I have alos added an LFO to the delay and reverb is by Sparkverb.

Description : Sampled using Zoom H2 field recorder. I went into a local industrial area and recorded some ambience. In the studio I added degrading and smearing FX to give an even more lonely and desolate feel. I key matched just by playing chords until I found a scale that didn't clash.
