I just loved the first few Rocky films (though I think they should've stopped at 3 or maybe 4, eh, shrugs). And though Apollo was cool, Mickey's always been my fav (seconded only by maybe Rock's friend/brother-in-law).

As for the track file, don't ya just love browsing yer PC and stumbing across stuff you hadn't messed with in a while? I've had that happen on a few occassions. Start a mix/composition, stop and take a break, time ticks by, discover it again, add more, so on and so forth.

Anyways, the vocal sample was great (wasn't it from 4?). The bassline ya used is classic. And the kick drum sound is nice (reminds me of a bouncing Racketball). The synth reminds me of neo-oriental stuff. Sweetness. Later on!

Crazy awesome! I love the effects you added to give 'em that airy kinda sound. Also, isn't that drumline riff great? Boom-tis-bap. It's been a favorite of mine for a while now. The bass synth is makin me wanna move my body. The vox are interesting and kinda Moby-esque, but I'm thinkin their level is a bit too high. Anyways, nice stuff mate. Lates!

Cool vocal sample there. And this only took you three hours? Not bad, not bad at all. That kinda reminds me of a similar track title by GameboiX which is equally as cool. Anyways, I'm diggin everything 'cept for the crowd cheers, but I just had an idea... The way they kinda sound is like high velocity wind blowing by an entrance during a fierce storm or something. Maybe if ya tweeked 'em a little with effects and then cropped 'em you'd get just that. And that'd kinda help, what with the song's title and all. Making it sound like some sorta hellish nightmare or something (or ascending to Heaven, either way).

You know what's crazy, Aerith actually does a pretty good job impersonating a 'Wailer' (what the Muslims to do singing prayers are called).
F***in killer synths mate! They kinda remind me of a cross between Kraftwerk and Eiffel 65 or someone like that. The crowd cheers is a bit much though. Other than that it's a great track. Lates!

I just love the name. I saw it and had to listen & I'm really enjoying what's been played so far. This takes me back to 80's Synth-Pop and kinda reminds me of this one song by Bruce Springstein (Hearts of Fire I think it's called). The fading distorted bass, awesome! Will def fav & sav this one. 24 with no reviews, hmm (looks down & shakes head). Anyways, my initial thoughts were that this could use some filtering on the beginning. It sounded to pronounced to me. I dunno though, it could just be my speakers. Anyways, I like the double kick used for the drums and the slightly eerie pads are great. It kinda gives it that whole Twilight Zone (the show) & Star Voyager feel. The keys and crazy effects added to 'em is kinda trippy. Anyways, it's a decent track, though it needs some tweeking. I'm really lovin the drums and Xylo hits (?) so far. And when it goes into the keys/bassline sequence it's pretty nice. The intro's the only thing that had me thrown off at first (the bass parts) Yet, the part after that, near when the drums start off because it had me thinkin of Mike D from the Beastie Boys, dunno why, but I did. If ya dropped the vocals and added some more bass, kick drum, and some keys this would be a super House track (in the leagues of old school Carl Cox). Though this could also go in a Lasgo-like direction too come to think of it.

As is, this is pretty out there. Soundin like Tech-Jazz or somethin like that. Oh, and if you like this style of singing, be sure to check out Edith Piaf. She's uber old-school. Interesting mix man. Lates!

This is waaay different from the version I heard a few months back. In fact, I was about to question ya about it until the keys kicked in. Those things are awesome (and the first vers of this is great for running to, BTW).

Seems a bit delayed on the intro.
The Piano keys are definately on the money. And the part where it breaks into the rest (around 1:36) is cool. The Bongos are also pretty nice. Hmm,...

I could mention some names of House artists (like Carl Cox), but instead what I'm going to recommend that ya do is go to the site Di.fm and listen to their House channels for a bit. I haven't been there in a while, but last time I was they had Disco House, House, & Progressive House (I think). Check 'em all out and see if they can't help to inspire you here (or later on down the road). I think yer gonna grow to love House music mate. Later on!

Digging great? Sometimes it's nice to do when you're in a creative slump and are trying to find something to work on. Or once in a while ya come across one that was forgotten. And if it's nice (like this one is) that makes it so much sweeter.

Dood, I'm definately doing to sav & fav this, because this is the kind of electro that I love. The simple, yet classic bass. The tripped up, steppin out drums. The basic tracey keys and pads. But when I saw this I was immediately reminded of the band of the same name. They're on Myspace if ya wanna check 'em out (I highly recommend their track, Serious Chemistry).

Anywho, this has elements of Industrial and Experimental Electro. There are like 4 bands I am reminded of- KMFDM, The Crystal Method, Juno Reactor, Trip Theory. Very cool composition man. Lates!

Haha, I totally see the Matrix thing the other person commented about. Genre-wise, umm, can't really say either, but I think there's a style this fits into. I don't normally hear it alot, but I'm reminded also of the stuff that was played in the score to The Fast and The Furious by Brian Tylor. Pure craziness mate. Lates!

As for the track, I could see it getting air play too, but it seems to be more suited for those midnight drive times. Kinda like it'd be the stuff they'd play while people are either going to or from the clubs. Afterall!? But seriously, I almost did a graph for Tetris and it's creator, Alexey Pajitov for this one project we had in my Computer Graphics II class. Instead, I ended up doin the graph that's in my gallery on here.

As for the game, it only got to me when I was trying to play it seriously. Now it's great to kick back and play it for leisure. Considering how it's scientifically impossible to beat the game (or so I read in an article about it).

As for this track, interesting pick and thank you. It definately took me back to when I was a kid playing it on my Gameboy. It almost has a glitch-house feel to it. And I could totally see this being played in some Mario adventure type game now. Or Sonic, kinda like racin along the clouds, collecting gold coins/rings, and runnin over the bad guy. Awesomeness! Broke the alarm clock, haha. Sorry mate, it just reminded me of those big Grandfather clocks and the different chimes they have to mark each hour. They're kinda spooky at night when all the lights are out and you walk past one on the way to the fridge or bathroom (and if it goes off too, aww man).

I think this has potential and you could do somethin like a mix between Aphrodite (or Photek) and Roni Size (the way his stuff sounds on Return to V, specially vocally). Can't wait to hear the final version. Lates mate!

With the name of this track and my 2 most recent tunes (Rain Drops & the finished Urban Instincts). This song is almost like a prequel to the UI one (or a bridge between the 2). That's def what the intro percs and stuff reminded me off. Kinda like 'soft-tribal' and/or 'ethnic-goa/psy', I dunno.

As for the name, I dig the one Goodtunes suggested. For some reason or another Domino Effect comes to mind, but maybe that could be for like a remix or something. Decent chune mate. And in other ways, I'm reminded of the track that Mokeone did- Dark House. Maybe coz it's almost like these songs almost create their own sub-genre. Anywho, nuff ramblin outta me. Later on holmes!

All about losing massive amounts of work via glitches and errors. It happened to me when I was making OZone big time (lost like a third of the song). I've also had other stuff happen (mastering issues, corrupted loop files, and such). Anyways...

This track is pretty bad @$$ mate. I do agree that it could be a bit harder (I'm thinkin with the bassline). But all in all, this is a jammin song. In a way it reminds me of what a mix between that one ZombieNation tune and the one on the Blade movies (1&2, in the club scenes) would sound like. Sorry, but names are escaping me at the moment. You know what, I'm kinda reminded of Wipeout racing, but on a level similar to the Space station one of Kinetica (I think). Just pretend futuristic NASCAR being done on the rings of Saturn.

Musicwise, the bass sequence with drums reminds me of on of the tracks on Moby's Rare Collected B-sides album (hold one, lemme look real quick)... It's 'Have You Seen My Baby (Baby mix), I think. Anyways, very bangin chune holmes. Sav'd & Fav'd. Later on!

I like when the pads and drums interact in the beginning of this. The synth and vox kinda remind me of Phil Collins sometime in the mid-late 80's. The bass sounds super familiar, but I can't place them at the moment. Interesting mix mate. Lates!

So what part of the sequence in the film would this go for? I'm thinkin it'd be cool for some kinda lite romance scene between the hero and heroine. You know the type- typically seen in Anime where they're alone and close to one another. Sometimes in eachothers arms and there's that moment where they realize that they are drawn to one another. Sometimes it ends with a long kiss or a really big sweat drop, haha. Interesting composition that's somewhat Enigma-esque. Lates!
