Description : RickMal sent me some acapellas a couple years back, and this is the track I chose. Swinging unquantized drums, re-sampled synth riffs + FX-heavy leads, IDM-esque glitches throughout featuring a British rapper with a smooth flow.

Description : This is a beat I made that I will be using for my first solo after a long hiatus from the mic. The concept of the beat is of course a romance ballad R&B-Hip-Hop track. Simple Drum, Bass, Snare, Snap, HH, Cymbal, and Sould Guitar used in the beat. Along with some synth, lead and pluck. Feedback, critique and opinions are always welcome and encouraged. Description : First of all a big compliment to "Austinmusic" for the great acapella track "freakshow". I played around with it to find out the appropriate chords and soundset. So I started with a natural drumkit and a piano with padsound (Usually I prefere more electronic sounds). But it wouldn't be me if I don't try to add some special synth sounds to make the track unique. Enjoy and let me know if you like it :-)

Description : Missed the deadline for this because I have poor time management. This is the second Uplifting Trance track that I've felt good enough to publish, and to be honest is far better in quality than pretty much all my other tracks right now. Kick was synthesised within Ultrabeat, will all other drum samples there too. Serum was pretty much exclusively the synth I used for everything else (basslines, leads, acid things). Also managed to actually use a reference track correctly, which is nice. My only self criticism is that I still haven't managed to not get carried away and make tracks that are way too long. Description : One of several live in studio tracks which I recorded in recent weeks. This one incorporated my DIY modular synth and a modified Yamaha DD-20 as the only instruments. The DD-20 was, in part, triggered at audio rates, enabled by the the input modifications. Not quite the usual spivkurl track which you may be accustomed to. I'm putting this in psychedelic, though it could easily fit into ambient, glitch or cinematic genres.

Description : A little song about activism at it's most basic, with a pinch of active imagination. I worked my Eat Lead Copper modular synth into this one, as well as the modified Monotribe. Played a bass part on the old '91 Epiphone Precision bass. Also just did some parts replacement on the '90 Epiphone Les Paul Studio, and decided to test it out on this song... with amp and effects via a POD v2.0. Thank you for listening!

Description : Psychedelic Eastern cellhop progressing into a heavy and not at all hip hop ending. Lots of cool basslines and killer beats, all at 80 BPM. Cello is the main instrument and it also covers all the bass parts (no other bass instruments used). I didn't have to add any octave lowering effects to those cello basslines. A few synths, including a dark, trippy pad that gets very psychedelic and swirling when delay and distortion are added. Also a lyre to occasionally add an Eastern drone sound and an 8bit lead sine synth in one section. Drums are mixture of programmed acoustic kits and drum loops. You can really bounce to this shit while firing your guns in the air. So, do that and then come back and let me know if you enjoyed it. Criticism, praise, suggestions etc all welcome. Now get ready to bounce...
