Description : Missed the deadline for this because I have poor time management. This is the second Uplifting Trance track that I've felt good enough to publish, and to be honest is far better in quality than pretty much all my other tracks right now. Kick was synthesised within Ultrabeat, will all other drum samples there too. Serum was pretty much exclusively the synth I used for everything else (basslines, leads, acid things). Also managed to actually use a reference track correctly, which is nice. My only self criticism is that I still haven't managed to not get carried away and make tracks that are way too long. Description : One of several live in studio tracks which I recorded in recent weeks. This one incorporated my DIY modular synth and a modified Yamaha DD-20 as the only instruments. The DD-20 was, in part, triggered at audio rates, enabled by the the input modifications. Not quite the usual spivkurl track which you may be accustomed to. I'm putting this in psychedelic, though it could easily fit into ambient, glitch or cinematic genres.

Description : A little song about activism at it's most basic, with a pinch of active imagination. I worked my Eat Lead Copper modular synth into this one, as well as the modified Monotribe. Played a bass part on the old '91 Epiphone Precision bass. Also just did some parts replacement on the '90 Epiphone Les Paul Studio, and decided to test it out on this song... with amp and effects via a POD v2.0. Thank you for listening!

Description : Psychedelic Eastern cellhop progressing into a heavy and not at all hip hop ending. Lots of cool basslines and killer beats, all at 80 BPM. Cello is the main instrument and it also covers all the bass parts (no other bass instruments used). I didn't have to add any octave lowering effects to those cello basslines. A few synths, including a dark, trippy pad that gets very psychedelic and swirling when delay and distortion are added. Also a lyre to occasionally add an Eastern drone sound and an 8bit lead sine synth in one section. Drums are mixture of programmed acoustic kits and drum loops. You can really bounce to this shit while firing your guns in the air. So, do that and then come back and let me know if you enjoyed it. Criticism, praise, suggestions etc all welcome. Now get ready to bounce...

Description : 'The quasars are beautiful this aeon, I think I'll just sit back and enjoy the ebb and flow of the quasar light dance.' I have always had a fascination with reversing my own tunes and slowing them down, just to see (or hear) if they still sound great. So I did just that with my latest song 'Black Hole'. I removed all drums, percussion, snares, whatever. I also move some of my synth samples around. Enjoy the moody and ambiance of Quasar.

Description : I've been rewatching a lot of John Carpenter movies and listening to the soundtracks. I've also been bingeing on 80's gothic synth pop. So I thought I'd give the genre a go. Description : Today's six track recording of a live song which I've been practicing for several days. I broke many of my own rules when getting this to the product it is now. Times have been rough around here, with pressure building from all sides. You can feel it in the air, and in all the people. I can only hope that after the US election, some of the pressure releases. All tracks recorded simultaneously - Vocals via my 100 Proof Microphone, Monotribe, Beatstep, two modular synth tracks (one beatstep controlled and one by my four step sequencer), Zoom RT-123, 2xKawa circuit bent drum box, Boss RV-3 reverb/delay.

I have taken a break from music for a while but just got the BUZZ again. so been out and got myself a ACCESS VIRUS-A, Roland JP-8080, and a Korg Electribe ER-1 Drum Synth Witch I love.

Does good to have a bit of mew gear from time to time even if they are Classics.
