Description : UPDATE 3/31/2016 - Did some work on the mix and master thanks to the advice of Crucethus and promenade2239. I knew something needed work, and it turned out I need some shifting in the time-space continuum. Thanks to everyone who commented so far!


Original DESC - Yes, I admit it... I fall down. Different circumstances and results each time, but it does happen. Got some inspiration in the last week or two, and left behind some other responsibilities for a while to make this track. Did a considerable amount of multisampling of a Realistic C1000 to add to the song. This is the first song I've finished which uses my modified Korg Monotribe. Also contains Microkorg (on glitch percussion and vocoder use), Yamaha ys-200, Zoom RT-123, and my modular synth doing circuit bent voice synth duties. Psychedelic, dark cold wave. EDIT: Now that I think about it, there were no virtual synths involved in this composition, but only virtual samplers and effects. Everything else was MIDI and hardware sound source. Description : I recently acquired a lap-steel guitar, and this track is it's wobbly-legged introduction to the world. Intro is all lap-steel, with two later lap-steel leads. All real acoustic/electric/bass guitars. I recorded my new frog guiros as well. One in the intro as a woodblock, and both played traditionally later in a bridge. Drums are seven programmed MIDI kits and a loop or two. Chorus has the heaviest guitars I've done. Random percussion and echoing delays galore. Your honest opinion is appreciated, and gets you a coupon for 8 free deep-tissue nipple-rubs, and a full internal body waxing. Act fast!

Description : Fresh out of the studio after 10 weeks of deliberating, planning, writing and performing.
This could be classed as Country Blues or Southern Rock...either way I think it may get your toes tapping. So grab your partner and jump on the dance floor with this one.
I am performing the following instruments...vocals, electric guitars, slide acoustic, bass, harmonica, organ. I wrote the following instrument parts in MIDI....drums, percussion, piano, horns. This was a beast to master but I think it turned out okay.

Description : Hey guys,
After an extended break I'm back with a new melodic remix! This song is unfinished to say the least, but I decided to throw it up here anyway. I need to add some more elements to the mix, such as a bass(which me and my friend still need to record in), a ton more efx to make transitions smoother, some more percussion, and a new second drop(the current one is empty aside from the background instruments as I wait for my friend to send me his melody that he came up with for the drop). The levels are off on certain things I know(we have to mix it better). I hope you guys enjoy Biggie's flawless flow, and I hope my choice of instruments are worthy to be underneath his lyrics. Description : This is a real oldie but moldy! The original was done in 1890 and I doubt will be appreciated by the youngsters here. I've always loved this piece, so thought I'd put my own spin on it. It was quite a challenge, since it was in a time signature, 9/8, that I had never attempted before. Of course drums and percussion were never intended for this piece, but I'm a drummer, so what the hell. Hope you like and download if you do.

Description : Hip Hop/Trap style track inspired by MrFunkTastic and used was one of his Premium Trap loops. threw in a lot of percussion, hard drums- barely a bass line coz the loop hd heavy low end and i made it the focus of the song, but non the less!!!

The track is a bit minimal and I've tried to allow the multi layered vocals shine and not be over cluttered with much else. Percussion is Superior Drummer (using brushes instead of sticks), bass is a Sterling Sub 4 (a recent acquisition) played in live with an attempt at some funky slap stuff in the last chorus (tricky!) Guitar solo is my trusty Godin XTSA on the acoustic setting. Keyboard is a patch from Logic X.

So good to be working with this quality of vocal. Thanks Farisha.

Description : This description comes with a bit of delay due to some mysterious purposes..hehe..but so it happened, boys and girls, that this is my second colab work with no other than Mr. Tumbleweed The Great (Ed Cunningham). He sent me a piece of music in a raw and unfinished condition, based on acoustic guitar work, supported with splendid percussion and some tasteful orchestral pads. So my task here was to add some of my own trumpery (haha) and to wrap all up into something what could be called a "finished product". As in the previous offer I granted my strings the dominant role, with viola taking the primary spotlight instead of usual violin which dominated in some of my previous works. Next I included some more piano parts than I usualy do (making Ed happy), some brass for the intro section, and even some bass and electric guitar touches. Sax has also been considered, but just didn't happen (lazy guy ^) , but I deliberately left out any kind of distinct synthesized sounds, wanting it to sound as classical as possible. I hope it turned out nicely in the end, so have a listen and any kind of comment would be appreciated.:)
Also, hat's off to Bear for snuffing the Celtic influences (but probably not knowing who is behind this) and all my thanks to dear Ed for sharing his treasure with me !
