Description : The homonym acapella was uploaded by Odarka to her YouTube page one year ago (free download for non profit use) . I found it wonderful and worked on this for about 10-12 days. I was never a good dancer, just a good listener and I remain so ! That's why I avoid making dance music and I think this track (too) is an "acoustic pop" one.

Anyway, started this yesterday. finished today. More Memphis rap beats out of me for a bit. Was going to make some Phonk out of this, but this sounds more of a trap track than a Phonk song.
It's downloadable. Send me whatever you make! I always like hearing people use my tracks for their own stuff. It's pretty cool. :)

Description : Micky sent me this Funk Bass stem, (yeah Micky can play Funk Bass) that he played. I've had it 3 or 4 years . I thought it was the Funkiest thing I had ever heard. I have used it on several of my tracks but I think this track really brings the Bass out. I wrote this track and I'm playing Keytar. I probably should have sent it to Micky for Mastering but, here we are...

Thx a lot for your nice reply and feedback. It's a track I made about ten years ago with cubase, micro korg and a groovebox mc 505 ;0). Switched to ableton on a macbook a couple of years ago. Check much more (old stuff) on www.soundclick.com/puray and new stuff on www.dirthead.nl
Drums are pretty well done, and the synths are deep.I like that.

This is classic Drum&Bass right here! Though I'm also diggin the slightly Ambient vibe ya had in this. Starting off nice and slow, working your way up into the high energy stuff. Kinda like giving the people on the floor some prep stretch time before the workout. I also really loved that vocal sample ya had on here. There isn't one thing that I don't like about this. Outstanding job mate. Later on!
