Description : hi, on this track i worked hard and long....i tried to create an old-fashioned, jazz-like hip hop beat inspired by das efx, a tribe called quest, portishead etc.....
i started with the drum loop:
used 4 different hihats to create the hatgroove (koreplayer, ezdrummer), bsdrum and snare i took from the koreplayer....
and here is a tip, for giving the right groove to the drum loop i used the spl transient designer, played aarround with attack and release...it works great
created the bassline with the spectrasonic trillian (retro 60's bass), the e piano loops i made with the lounge lizard, the hammond in the hook part with vb3, after the first hook part theres a solo part with guitar and epiano, made it with the electricstrum and lounge lizard.

after all i used the milly vinylli to get some vinyl sounds, layed it over the drum loop and sidechained it.
