Very cool cover! I like how you translated the strings and piano into guitar, it's done very well! The harmonics sound really good! Your vocals just keep getting better too! Excellent work!

I am suchchchchchchc a sucker for French, making this

FFFREEEAKING GREAT.

Dang. Love the track, great production work, with the guitar sounds!!

FK. Ha ha. Those are you initials. nywayz, FK this is really really enjoyable, great work all around.

There's always an airy element to guitar -

love the melodies going on, the plucking up and down kinda mischievious sound on the guitar you are doing .... and the French. OMG I forgot about the FRench!!

(if you can see this where u r - http://www.hulu.com/watch/16388/saturday-night-live-surprise-party)

That's how excited I am for this. Love it!

Cheers. :)

That's awesome looping + singing. Was that pno or really hard-edged damped-down gtr harmonics?

This is a great track and thanks for the avenue for us non-Gallic speakers to explore more music - I gotta check out Bashung.

I must admit my French music vocab is really limited. Etron Fou Leloublan, the original Honeymoon Killers, Plastic Bertrand (is he french?), Passion Fodder. Please point me towards more!!

As always, thanks!!

Hi Michael,
Thanks a lot for this review. As I don't play the piano,I replaced it with guitar harmonics.Plastic Bertrand sings in french but he's actually from Belgium.I'm sure you'll love Bashung especially his album "Fantaisie militaire".You can also check AIR even if they sound quite British. And also a great band called Rita Mitsouko.
Tell me what you think about that.
Thanks again

i like the piano riff ,catchy and it really sounds like there was some russian influence in it,the track in general is not bad,but hey,its only a try in difrent genre which is good it means you're opened to all kinds of music, and there are some good ideas in the track,is it you playing the piano or is it a loop?good try:))
try to listen to some good house tracks as a guide like pryda"europa"for example :))peace

Description : "Celebrate the Cornerstone," penned by Kay Matteson, John Matteson, and Richard Shekari, is an uplifting contemporary worship song that beautifully encapsulates themes of salvation and divine love. Drawing from biblical imagery, the lyrics highlight Jesus as the Chief Cornerstone—initially rejected but ultimately essential to faith.
