Very very nice track, Neuromancer! Loved the groove. I guess I missed this one when you first posted it. Good mix, too. Like BadNputs, I just keep bobbing my head for the whole thing. Loved the Rhodes. I need to figure out those chords! :)

Cool track mate
It reminds me a bit of chill out French music from the late 90's like Etienne de Crecy or St Germain.

neuromancer56 replied 14th Oct 2017 - 8 years ago

Thanks for checking it out, and for mentioning these other artists. The bassline from Hashtag My ##### is sick, and Saint Germain is way smoother than this track. Got to listen to more of these!

Cool as a cucumber! I do like the title, caught my attention right away.

Quality sounding loops by some quality loop makers! Sounds great, nice mix, upbeat, positive, great for an early Saturday morning to get me moving.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I liked the title at first, then was going to ditch it, but it will stay thanks to you!

silverman 29th Jul 2017 03:05 - 9 years ago

Very very cool on this warm stuffy night with my glass of Irish in hand with crushed ice ....

NateJMusic 29th Jul 2017 01:36 - 9 years ago

Very smooth overall. You can definitely switch it up though. The Rhodes are smooth as wine and the drums were a great choice. This perfect for a short film, or some b-roll in a video/movie.

neuromancer56 replied 29th Jul 2017 - 9 years ago

Thanks for the suggestion. It felt repetitive to me too, especially the trumpet blasts, so instead of having all of them go before the sax solo, I moved a group of them after the sax solo and that breaks it up a little. Also I softened the drums just a bit to make it even smoother.

StripedMcCoy 26th Jul 2017 13:44 - 9 years ago

this is so smooth, keep it up!
