Description : Ok my Resistance family, here's my new track. Strap down your speakers, turn it up as loud as possible and get ready to scare your neighbors out of their place. In my opinion if this track doesn't make you tap your foot / nod your head/ or dance your ass off then you are dead inside. lol
As usual, i wanna hear from everyone, so don't be afraid
Peace my online fam

You are right. This one has gotta get you moving. I knew something was up when I saw that wave flatlining. This us a hardhitting, perfectly mixed beat. I killed by best friend. Damn! Scary ass.

"So what youre saying us more cowbells?"

Well, no, I didn't say that at all. But, now you mention it, something like that might help. Some extra percussion, some variety, for a start. More melody, more dynamics and so on...

I've heard this "more cowbell" phrase mentioned a lot recently (eg on this site) and didn't know what people were on about. Then I found out it was an SNL sketch featuring Christopher Walken and others. So, I watched it this morning and was rather unimpressed. It's OK but nothing special and not really good enough to become some popular cultural expression. Then again, quite a lot of rubbish gets turned into trendy phrases and popular references.

So, yeah, more cowbell on this one.

Hey, Swindla! Great track. You were right. turned up the headphones and couldn't stop tapping my feel and nodding my head or whatever. Jumping around in my chair. Good thing the neighbours can't see me. Infectious is what it is. I'd love to try it out with my monitors and sub-woofer, which I rarely turn on. But for this one, I'd make an exception. :)

Of course, it's a drum and bass track style! it's totally in the subject! really explosive sound! you should offer an energy drink for all those who are going to be under fascination!

this style is near jungle (talking about the bpm) and i appreciate both without distinction. You made a great work, may be i will cut some lengthes...

    Awesome track :)

    Greetings.

Some massive shit you have going on here. That's my technical analysis.

So: spooky, dark, murky intro which is OK but it's not really the proper track so I can accept that.

Bass-free drums enter and we're getting closer to the proper track. It's taking a while for this bassline to arrive.

1:23 there it is and it's a huge sound. A dirty, wobbly bass orgy. By 2 mins I think the drums have been too straight for too long. More variety would help. They sit fine, I'd just like them to do more and be less repetitive. Ah, quite a while later and they're still going, with the exact same pattern. All the fills are coming from the bass. More variety would stop the waveform from looking like a full tube of toothpaste.

I'm sure I'd enjoy this track more in a live situation but it never really goes anywhere different once it's established itself. It just fades out. I know some people will really like it just as it is but I could have done with more melody, rhythmic variety and more of a progression into something else. Because the dynamics are so flat, it never really gets anymore badass after that bassline enters. I want it to shift (pun intended) up a few gears.

Overall: I think it's decent but want it to be even moreso. And more distinctive and memorable.

Yo Swindla, Dig that pad, feelin it push the energy into motion. Nice drums, especially when that the wobbles rolls thru. Soul pulsing, pulling down from ones own reality. This would be great for some VGMs, BGMs. Ty for sharing with us, message received. Keep going!

Description : Before I start, I'd just like to thank all of the wonderful community members who help me beat my creative block with their advice on my other track. Not only was I able to beat it, but I was also able to gain a little more creative ideas. This will be the first track with a background story. This track takes place in Las Vegas Nevada. A man name John, is an ex drug addict and finds himself playing the slots. When he comes across this blue synthetic drug, just sitting in between two of the slot machines. Not being able to resist, he opens the bag and takes a huge hit. John's body instantly reacts to the drug, causing him to go into full on high mode. John starts kicking the machine he is at, throwing chairs at the machine causing sparks to erupt, evidently finding himself practically burning the casino down. John continues his "high" on the Las Vegas strip. Doing everything from knocking old women down to flashing at the police. Eventually causing John to get surrounded by cops, almost exactly when he starts coming out of his high. As the cops has John surrounded with his hands in the sky, John realizes he has some more drugs left, hanging out of his sleeve, he quickly sniffs the entire packet, causing time to slow down for John. John kicks the garbage on the right of him, hitting on of the three cops right the face. The other two cops then shoots at John, John has an instant reflex action and dodges both of the cops bullets. Before, taking them both down and finally doing some awesome parkour, on his way to his hotel room, to dodge other police. John eventually makes it home, sits on his couch smokes a joint and calls it a night.

I used Serum, Massive, Sylenth1. I used no presets, and no prefabricated loops. This is all original content from scratch. The only exception being the vocal samples.
