Description : I'm not sure of the genre, but it appears to fit here, not in trance, drum something or the other. Contains a few looperman.com loops, notably Alen9R, Guitarguru, Optimistic, Nightingale and Edge7. Also includes Sony Acid loops and me on vocals. No pirates were shot during the making of this track. (Remixed)

Boxcar Willie, eat your heart out and take another gander to see if yo mama hasn't been hitting the thigh master and check all the cancelled cheques and see if there isn't a proliferation of bitcoins going into Jenny Craig's coffers.

This genuinely made me laugh out loud. Although I was a little upset that no pirates were shot during the making of this track, so I'm not sure if I'll be back again, as that was pretty much the only reason I wanted to listen to this song in the first place.

Apart from that, thanks for putting a smile on my face, and thanks for sharing :)

Maybe when I get around to posting my track "Pirates from Tortuga" your desire for pirates being shot will be rewarded. The comment you refer to refers to that track.
And I am so glad I satisfied my desire to make someone laugh out loud such as some have at my "I Nearly Choked on My Burrito" track. LMBehimndO. Vig

LMAO! Since this is the first time I've ever listened to or review one of your tracks, let me say that this is certainly different. I liken your vocal pattern on this tune to some "Frank Zappa" ie: "I Come From Nowhere". Interesting track musically and conceptually, lots of fun for sure.

All The Best

Well, I'm certainly glad you liked it. I trust Frank Zappa is a good comparison. I've also been compared to Zappo and Squidbillies. As long as I'm not compared to meadow muffins. Thanks for listening and commenting (LMAO was music to my ears). May I ask what made you wanna listen to this track (since you've never heard of me or it)? vig

Always a pleasure to get a review from you. This was a fun track to make.I enjoyed the fluke of finding the right loops to make this a rock tune and put together a cohesive mismatch of loops. My voice was good that day too (I usually mumble and slur my speech. Thanks for listening and commenting. vig

First of all congrats on still being alive Vig, that's an achievement in itself. My momma was (is) a Danone fan. But the verbal alliteration is spectacular in this song. And the loop mixx is as eclectic and wild as I would imagine coming from you. I would ask does "your" momma eat yoplait, but the truth is she and her p***y is so old..........it's haunted by now.
;-0 Thanks for the awesome tune friend!

Thank you very much! I did indeed have a blast creating this. There was a loop in Music Studio where a voice snippet saying what sounded like "does your momma eat Yoplait. I heard a track by Mista Perez Yo Momma So Damn Pretty and it inspired me to go back a remake the track to what you heard. vic

This is putting the fun back in music.
Interesting use of loops and good panning.
At 2.46 something goes decidedly wrong with the mix but I have a feeling you don't care that much.
You had fun making it I had fun listening to it.
Enjoyable stuff.

I guess you are referring either to the seemingly off-beat and kind of random. I couldn't hear that when I was mixing it. Or maybe you are referring to a guitar loop that appears to be unnecessary because it was cut very short. I heard both times later on but alas I can't find the master project for this track so I'm stuck with it.

Otherwise, it was fun to make and I enjoyed making people laugh their drink out their noses. vic

this is very interesting funky rock music. definitely the finest songwriting and very much a concrete conceptual sort of work I've heard from you so far. I liked the 6/8 drumming feel at 2:20 a lot - it brings a lot of fresh energy setting all the rest apart somewhere in a different context. I enjoyed your songwriting work.

I am humbled by your deft dissection of the track's aims, directions, as well as artistic goals. You give me a little too much credit. It is an acknowledgement of a song by Jim's Artificial Eaeth & Mista Perez;

Description : "Celebrate the Cornerstone," penned by Kay Matteson, John Matteson, and Richard Shekari, is an uplifting contemporary worship song that beautifully encapsulates themes of salvation and divine love. Drawing from biblical imagery, the lyrics highlight Jesus as the Chief Cornerstone—initially rejected but ultimately essential to faith.
