I recognize the voice. Haunting as before.

Care for yourself.

I don't care that people might feel that the guitar work is simple. Nor that the vocals are not polished. It is an expression of minimalistic sound and emotional singing that even though does not resonate in our English thinking minds (not all of you mind that) It touches all of us as musicians at what ever level we are at as an expression. and there is something too this that is compelling. It's kinda like when I listen to Midnight Oil's Bed's are Burning. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejorQVy3m8E&;html5=1
I know Peter Garrett is not the greatest singer by any stretch and parts are off key..but the way he delivers the emotional impact in a ..dare I say simple chord structure of a song..but it compels me to turn up the volume every time. The message, the emotion of the song just compels you to listen. Or Neil Young (great songwriter..not a great singer (unless harmony)) but still just compeling to listen too...Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Chrissy Hynde, Sioxsie Sioux.. I could go on. IMHO

Nice one man...fortunatelly I don't understand the words but it's got a special tone, mood...there is no problem at all with your guitar play and your voice is unique for me...not a best technically but I really don't understand too, what those professional preachers looking for here? (that Mallorca sunshine...:-)
Good track...
Danke

To echo Ed's comment... yes it's incredibly reminiscent of Leonard Cohen in the beggining. While I don't understand the language, I must say that I surely recognize the genuine and pristine soulfulness in your interpretation and even more good news is that it stands on it's own merrit...it's really unique in that respect. It's only that maybe you should done it a bit shorter, cause it might appear a bit repetitive after some time. But i really don't understand some of the Candelaria's criticism...why to whine about amateurishness on an obviously amateurish site? It's something like walking into the hospital and saying:"Oh, what a nice hospital, but why the hell is everybody ill in here!?".

For the uniqueness and independence im giving you my "fav"!:)

Hi Tonality....the introduction part of this one reminds me very much of a famous Canadian singer called Leonard Cohen...while I do not understand the words, you present them with feeling and the acoustic guitar is good accompaniment for this one....well done...keep doing the music...Ed

Interesting song, I am not real sure why a couple of people have criticized the guitar playing, not every song needs to have a fancy sound to it especially with an acoustic guitar. Keep up the songwriting.

you don't sing bad , but this was a very
easy track for singing .
and you're by far in a distance with solfeggio
breathing rules for a serious singer !
but all these things apart your guirar playing is the
biggest problem !

this simple rhytmry is clearly amateurish and you seem
don't know you can change this simple 3.4 rhythm sometimes !

for me instrumentally this is very amateurish and undone

as an instrumental track , this was an meaning guitar
training -without vox i mean-.

and this simple fact changes all you've done to
an amateur work for my ear .

but your larynx has potential .
and if you learn how to breath you can be a singer in
premier league of music .

good luck.

but this is a novice type of playing .

playing and well mixed in your musics !
but still i like you singing.

Description : A track I did with a friend ages ago. I play the guitar and he sang and wrote the lyrics. The lyrics came mostly from headlines in the newspaper that sunday. Recorded using a crappy old microphone direct into cubase with a few overdubs

This is not my story, but someone very dear to me... the lyrics are pretty close to what they said. What they said and the pain they felt touched me and I hope you can hear that in the song.
