Well, I guess senility has finally set in, not sure how I missed this one but I am glad I discovered it.
This is radio ready Richie, absolutely amazing from start to finish. Sublime piano work, and the guitars, holy cow, a master's class in how to play one.

Richie, I love it when I come across a track that I can listen to without having to turn it down because the bass is so damn overpower you can hardly hear anything else. This is the sign of a true musician, not some wanna-be with a computer and a DAW with a bunch of loops! This track is pure and you can hear ALL the instruments and the beautiful vocals coming through so clearly. Everything is just Effing Great!
