Really a great tune. Fav for sure. Reminds me of the Southern rock times. Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers.
Out standing job one the slide guitar.

    Hi there Midiman007,

Thanks for your comments on this blues tune I put together. I haven't done any new songs in over a year and a half. I will start again next year. Thanks for listening.

    Hi there Aelmen,

Good to hear from you across the waters. Glad that you liked the Blues tune. I had a fun time putting it together. I've only made maybe a half a dozen Blues tunes.

I'll get over to your site and see what you have up and give a review back. Thanks!

    Hello there Honkeytonk,

Glad you enjoyed listing to my Blues instrumental. When working with loops and adding in my own playing as well, it usually takes me 1-2 months to put a tune together so it sounds 'radio ready'.
Most all my songs are 'professionally mastered' after I am done with them. Always good to have another pair of ears to listen to your songs before putting them out to the world, forever. lol

I'll take a look and see what you have up. Thanks again,

    Randy

    Hello there Phatkatz4,
Thanks for giving a listen to my 'Rocking Blues' tune.

I've done only a few Blues instrumentals as I prefer country and rock more. So there are a few others listed here in my profile. Some are done with a Dobro and slide guitar as I own and play that instrument.
I'll give a listen to see what you have up.

    Thanks again,
    Randy

Ha ha, this is groovin' hard. I love it, and would like to DL and jam the night away.. Lot's of cool turnarounds and chord changes. Makes me think of something Bonnie Raitt somehow, and not only in the slide guitar.

    Keep 'em coming ;-)

Description : Of all the classic Monster tales the Wolfman is definitely one of the saddest. Cursed, and destined to live as both man and monster. During the day he sits alone with his guitar, a prisoner of lonely existence, crying his heart out through his music. Then at night, the beast emerges, and in the dark under a full moon, he cry's as he rips the hearts out of his victims! Such is the life of a cursed bluesman!

Description : This is a tune dedicated to my friend, Nancy, who followed me to the clubs I played at for years, and is still following me with my studio work. Why do I dedicate this to her? Onnacounta cause she's soooooo naughty! She never liked violins, but loved her sax! Here's to you, Nancy. Anyway, this is a little blues track with some nice guitar and sex...oh, sorry, I mean sax.

Enjoy and download away.

Description : Cosmic Eastern chillout atmospheric shuffle blues with loads of bluesy/Eastern electric guitar playing and warm sub bass (the same synth patch I've used in about 20 tracks). No drum loops and just two programmed acoustic kits - probably the simplest drum setup I've ever used. One day I hope to make a track containing only one drum kit. Also: a few female vocal samples (including a heavily timestretched one), one section of bass guitar, a few sample-based string instruments, a few notes of organ and two synth pad instruments. So, quite a minimal instrument lineup for me. It goes uptempo around 4:31 into a grooving, stomping bit of shuffle blues and I wonder if I should have brought this section back at the end for a triumphant finale. But I'm trying hard these days not to make things too long and this is already a decent length. Also contains some darker, Eastern sections but nothing too dark. Have a listen and leave me some interesting feedback - the more detail, the better.

Description : Been away for a while. I am doing something I usually don't do with this one. Here is a blues track I put together in a day. It features everything being done by me, with improvised solos for each instrument. This was done using Fl Studio 12 and my Korg M50 keyboard. I plan on adding lyrics to it down the road and having everything much cleaner. Anyhow, enjoy!
