I came up with this lyrical idea after watching a TikTok creator talk about how so many people were affected by stress and a steroid hormone called cortisol. I thought 'whoa! That's me!

I'm normally a pretty chill person, but sometimes feel stress and anxiety on the inside - while on the exterior, everything appears f-i-n-e.
