Description : This track is heavily inspired by the the French noir movie Le Samourai (1967, Jean-Pierre Melville) starring Alain Delon as a lone wolf gun for hire in Paris. I wanted a melancholic, moody, big city-ambience, referring tot the solitude of the main character in the film. I could not get the track right untill I found the saxophone-solo's by Italian jazzplayer Sandro Marinoni who gave me permission to embed his fenomenal melodies in a rythmic, multi-layered structure. I am very grateful to Sandro and I expect to collaborate more often with him in 2013. The voice you hear in the beginning of the track is Alain Delon, citing (in an interview for French televison at the time of the premiere) the Book of Bushido, the code of honor for the Samourai. The English translation is: There is no greater solitude than that of the samourai unless it is that of the tiger in the jungle... Perhaps.

Description : I'm not really crazy about my work on this track, but Patricia's voice is way too good to leave this track unfinished in my library, so here it is. Seriously, the beat's alright, but Patricia? Daaaamn, check her out. Oh, and it's not ambient, I hate trying to come up with a genre for my tunes. Deal with it :)

Description : Done with Reason, this wierd cinematic piece is about a girl running in a forest (this is the drum part). Then when the synth start, she sees some unusual movements and hears a strange Female Aaaahh voice... coming out of nowhere.What's happening next? An epic Good VS Evil battle through the hunted forest.

Description : OK. I love this track by Kendrick Lamar (just the track; not a fan of the song). So, since I can't really record live right now due to my voice not cooperating, I decided to add one of my existing songs "Sick Feelin" to the track to see how it would sound. Let me know what you think.

Description : Featuring fragments from Marinella Mastrosimone singing Ophelia's Song on the album Mice to Meet You! by Musetta. The voice-samples are from CC Mixter. There was also a fragment used from Looperman-member PlanetJazzBass' excellent, moody piece The Death Of Gagarin. The whole point of this mix was to combine deep house/melodic trance with rockguitar, an unusual combination. The idea to try this emerged when the rockband (##### Di Blues) I play in did a gig at the Solar Dance Festival in Holland last summer. During soundcheck a housebeat was played on the PA system and the drummer and I played some loose licks with the beat that were picked up by members in the audience (they started dancing). Eventually this emerged as a new idea: rockhouse. This is the first mix in that subgenre.

Description : Almost finished product, and made for a friend of mine who broke up with his galfriend.He wrote a poem he wanted musicalize, so for the first time ever i used my own voice to make this masterpiece of crap.. lol.. anyways..

Description : I was actually working on another tune when I realized that, out of all the extra materiall i created, "Broken" could be made.Would love to have someone make some voice to this one.
Short tune, but effective when it comes to emotions and stuff.
I suppose its a rockballad of sorts?
