Description : This is one for the dance floor...erhm..folk dance floor that is. Being a couple of old folk-pause-clowns, I am afraid this is as close to a rave party as we get. You will hear me "go bananas" with a way too busy violin arrangement, while Peter "freaks out" with his Mike Oldfield powered guitar harmonizations. I made this "RnB" loop into something a little more "folk" i guess you could say. I added some filtered strings and tropical precussion behind it, and also gave it the structure of a tropical track as well. I actually have a youtuber who is going to provide vocals for the track so that is why some parts are bare.(so as to leave room for the vocalist to be creative with their writing) I really had lots of fun making this track and look forward to it getting finished off with some quality vocals. I haven't really mixed it well, and the bass during the drop is definitely going to be changed in the final product. If you guys have any critiques/reviews on things that need to be fixed or changed, please feel free to comment!

Description : A hard driving Instrumental Techno/Acid/Rock/Folk fusion track (I've given birth to another bastard song without a main genre). I used the Silver Synth (emulates the Roland TB-303 Bassline) used in ACID music. Same thang I used in "Never Here". I Love the TB-303 sound. Anyways, I used a lot of different loops on this one be it for percussion or sound FX (loops used Techo). Drum loops are Dance/rock style... There's a crafty breakdown near the end, where things transition from different loop styles. I have three electric guitar tracks playing a hard driving scotish-irish folk dirge hook, just cranked with distortion and a little chorus. This is totally a fusion of styles thing. This was something I was experimenting with and was not trying to make into a full length song. Enjoy! BTW, the song is named after somebody who was the inspiration behind me learning to play anything Irish/Scotish/Celtic sounding... Again, another song I can't figure out where it best falls under....

Description : Dad is currently fighting stage 4 cancer, as such he is racing to get what potentially may be his final recordings done, this song being one of them.Dad did all of the instrumentation except for the violin which a friend of his took care of. I did the mixing/mastering for it.
I will upload another song he did tomorrow called "Living by the Sea" which is a great folk song!

We combine electro with folk and classical music from the renaissance and pre-renaissance eras. This is tune from the Darkness of Hel. It goes 10/4. Thus, the guitar theme + drums are counted in 10. However, the ocarina theme is in 4/4 and occasionally turns the rhythm into a 10 against 8 (or 5 against 4 if you prefer) polyrhythm. .
