Description : A slow blues with soulful and heartfelt singing from the mightily talented and hugely gifted Patricia Edwards. The starting point is an acapella of real quality to which I have added an electric rhythm guitar, an acoustic (in an open tuning), a solo (Godin XTSA), a rhodes sounding piano, organ towards the end of the track, bass and of course EZdrums providing the percussion.

Listen to the lyrics too - this kind of thing can happen to anyone!!

Enjoy - comments always welcome.

Description : This track I have blended a number of genre around a blues guitar From Dave @ https://www.looperman.com/users/profile/111346 . the backing track for this track (FREE STYLE) I originally PRODUCED FOR Seanboogie's blood in yah face. When I heard the Beautiful guitar work from R.M. I new straight away my backing track would work with the guitar with very few Adjustment's. I added some extra samples into the mix including the Kitchen Sink. this is no more then a little experiment to see how much I can get onto this track without killing it completely! CRITIQUE MORE THEN WELCOME PLEASE ..

Description : I put this one together while looking out the window at the year's first snow. A good moody driving song to get lost in. Three chord slowhand blues progression. Thanks to Slap Johnson for the great sax loops used in this song. I used my GR-20 guitar synth for a few of instruments including the Rhodes Organ, always a fun toy compared to doing on my keyboard sometimes. Most of the recording was done with my new Les Paul Studio guitar, err... (until i I broke a string on the outro, so I decided to throw in a Fender Strat too to finish it up. LOL) See if you can pick out the tonal difference between the two guitars for fun. I hope you enjoy this song and comments are always most welcome. Cheers and thanks so much. (Bilbozo)

Description : A recording I did a few years ago. I guess I don't pull out my old Strat enough, so this was fun to experience the twangy tone that I loved so much that came with it. I wanted to capture and go back to some of the spiritual influenced playing I used to do, wind things down but in a emotional way. Ambient Blues with a latin twist. Instrumental ballad designed to pull at the heart in solitude. I love to play my guitar like a voice, and try to capture a mood . Selection of clean and overdriven electric guitars. Piano, clavs and hammond on my Axiom. Drums are samples and loops. If anyone has heard of artist Colin James, this was his his influence he inspired me with. Enjoy and comments always most welcome. Cheers ! - Bilbozo

Description : This is sort of an homage song. To me it represents a perspective of the world through visuals and audio visuals, much like the excellent documentaries Koyaanisqatsi & Naqoyqatsi.

Life flashes before our eyes and we get to choose the soundtrack. Mine would be something like this track. Something old, something new, something catchy, something abrasive and always on the move.

Thank you always to all the Looperman.com members for allowing me to use your samples, without them I couldn't express myself in such a satisfying way.

The loops and samples were:
Prison Stuff - Buzz
Pad1_65bpm
Power_loop
Drumloop scene wzor 97bpm
Staccato Strings in G-G7-C-Cm
Upright Bass Blues Progression in F_-E-B-F
Piano w/ Guitar in F -C Dsharp - Asharp x2 (one with echo)

This was accomplished using SONY acid 7.0.

Thanks for any feedback in advance. Peace.

Description : Yeah, i know this isn't REALLY blues, but it's supposed to be sad. OK, i know what you're thinking: Uh, he sounds like a retard.

Yeah, i just threw this together in one night, i just felt like making a song, so don't expect high quality awesomeness.

Please leave a review and tell me how i did, or what i can improve on! Thanks!!

Description : This was a wonderful collab which I had originally posted a few months ago as an instrumental with the need of of vocal and lyrics. The talented Mack Sanders came through with a pure emotional raw blues tune written from the heart called "Woman's Touch". As the sweet icing on the top of this cake I invited the great Slap Johnson do some superb sax solo work and call and answer sax with the vocals to polish the song to a shine. Thanks so much for the collab fellas. So very much appreciated and an honor to play with such gentlemen like yourselves. Professionals at their finest !

BILBOZO - Guitar, Keys, Backing Vocals, Arrangement
MACK SANDERS - Vocals, Lyrics and Harmonica
SLAP JOHNSON - Sax

Comments always welcome ! Cheers and take good care - Bilbozo

Description : This simple and to the point. Its about two face back stabbers and fake freinds. People who say one thing do another. Not the bitter type but great subject to write about. Sample voice is Son House , Blues Singer Jailed and rediscovered in Europe for his genius.

Description : A sultry, seductive, and fairly short acoustic blues number. It is an instrumental and only took about 2 hours to write, record, and get a decent mix. Enjoy! Updated: I added some slight echo to the electric guitar and widened the stereo fields of the acoustic rhythm and leads.

Description : This is my entry into the Barry Morgan Competition Challenge. I used Woodwind loops to keep it light with 1 brass loop for a little punch with some special effects at the end. This definitely was a challenge. I put this in its orginal blues genre but could fall into the Smooth Jazz Genre. Hope all enjoy and thanks for the challenge - Bear!!

Description : "8:15" A funk tune with a rap feel... but too much instruments to be rap. in the key of A maj. i used slapjohnson's blues slap flute loops (100 BPM) and some of rei's D maj. funky guitar loops, i gave it no bass because of layering and bass was out of the question because it was too overpowering on the flute loops... only used looperman loops on this one guys...

Description : This is my first song I ever made using Pro Tools and a Sony Sample Loop CD. I use a Korg Karma Workstation keyboard as a 'trigger device' and add in some subtle parts here and there with it.
There probably aren't very many country type songs on this site, but hey...variety is the spice of life. So basically this only about 2 minutes long and is an upbeat type of song that might make a good dance tune?
I am working on a slow Blues type of tune and will upload that in a couple weeks.
