Cinematic Ambience Part 1 - Toddj

Name: Cinematic Ambience Part 1
Duration: 336 s
Channel: toddj
Description: I decided to split the original track into two parts because of size. This is track 8 on, 'A Misty Dream.' I started this track out by playing an acoustical guitar through a pick up and also through a mic. I then added some effects. Then arranged the loops around this guitar pad that I created.

Cool how you created the pad with the acoustic guitar, I have access to so many pad sounds that I haven't had to challenge myself in that manner, maybe just lazy, ha. It has a dream like quality to it, a trance like effect as I listen, like drifting through space all alone in a daze. Quality of the track is quite good, much respect on putting this together!

Hey Todd

Mate have to agree with my friend John, stunning piece, moby sounding voice whom I am a big fan of, track seems to have a big moby sound about it, nice beat, very nice pad/synths, who is on the vocals, nice voice, clarity of this mix is extremely good, massive piece, into fav's n off to check out second half now, looking forward to it after this one...Peace n Respect...Estefano...

I'm flattered by the comparison to Moby. Subconsciously I must have been influenced by some of Moby's work and didn't even know it. Most of the ambient samples came from an E-jay Sound Selection Sample disk that would also include the voices. Thank you so very much Estefano, for the great review!

Great ambient track. The vox was a nice touch. The production quality is superior.

Now I have to listen to part 2.
