First off - a great big thank you to Sterixx who supplied terrific keyboard work - he should not be blamed or served with lawyers letters if this offends anyone. Anyhow, got me a light snake. Wooot !!! Plugged in my base and guitar and off I went, and then experimented with the drums (guitar track in middle-not mine- from Looperman). Do not expect any finesse. This was a bit of a celebration ( name of track notwithstanding ) rather than wanting to knock any bodys socks off. As usual I was having a bit of fun.

Description : A fat groove journey incorporating hip hop, jazz, rock and more. Chilled out and rocking, with some big riffs and basslines. The main instruments are saxophone, piano and cello plus some resonator guitar and banjo. Sax is the only instrument not played by me as the parts here were contributed a few years ago by a guy I know. Anything that sounds like distorted guitar is actually distorted cello. Loads of that, including solos, in the second half. No electric guitar or bass guitar. Not much synth work but there are two synth basses and an organ. Otherwise, it's quite an acoustic "played instruments" kind of sound. Lots of drums, including loops, multiple programmed acoustic kits and drum hits. I know Radiohead have an excellent song called Everything In Its Right Place but I still like my title and there's a story behind it (nothing to do with music). Interesting feedback appreciated. Do you have any favourite or least favourite sections? Details are appreciated...

A really fun track - motivates movement, and I'm a sucker for anything that makes me want to dance. And those synth loops are damned HAPPY sounding that I have to grin as I bop along to it! I actually found myself remembering how much I liked the early Men Without Hats tunes on my first play of this (weren't they a Toronto band?)
This would be brilliant if you polished it a bit more. But you're absolutely right, if you're not having fun, what's the bloody point. Keep having fun and making such fun music!

This is a very fun track. The bass playing is very cool! I like the steppy feel of the track, if that makes any sense. The energy in this track builds up really nicely, and then fades away quickly and quietly. Really cool use of loops on this one. Great work overall!
Some of these loops seem a lil familiar..but who knows. This track rocked!! Loved the drumbeat and the guitar was fitted perfectly into this track. There may be a couple of spots that could use a lil tweaking here and there, but nothing major. This is a solid track..well done!
