LOL - chocolate cake is a great motivator around here. My wife and I usually say threatening movie lines over the last piece. I think the next one I use ( and the next track title ) will be "YOU SHALL NOT...PASS !!!!!!!!!!! LOL

When I was playing professionally, it was serious - you had to be to survive - but now, it's all fun. Thank you for taking the time to review.

We take cake very seriously here, we have a very special measuring device that measures the crumbs to the smallest micron. The icing is holy and is spoken of in hushed reverent tones. Even the cat has a say. We even have roving dyslexic flagellants that come aroung every so often... :)

I have not been a member long, but I am astonished at the level of talent, and the openness to share loops and tracks. The world would be a better place if they noticed more of musicians - we put to sound the soul of humankind.

About the name, well, it's like that around here - we have fun at home as best we can what with lately life's continual relentless assaults.
I am impressed by your observation - hit the nail squarely on the head. Much of my music is quickly done because of time constraints, and I sincerly regret that much of my music does not have much sublty, because I am still drilling through the technology. Considering having spent 20 years as a mainframe systems analyst, I am lagging badly - a bit embarressing.
I come from an era when you grabbed a guitar with a few moments notice and head to a bar to bang out a nights worth of mostly rock and roll.
A great starting environement but it does not help a lot with todays methods. At 54 years old I am still learning music - and enjoying it just as much. I am also stunned by the amount of talented people on this site that are willing to assist.
