i used my experience of tragic loss and how i hid my mental health issues that stemmed from it while writing it, its repetitive but has fresh verses

Description : I intentionally made this song minimalistic. The drums I spliced together from some drum loops I had, there's one other loop in the mix, the rest of the instruments are played by me (bass and synths). I used the excellent (and free) Cakewalk z3ta+ vst and the BBC Symphony vst. My intention was to create a very simple and dream like ambient track. Feel free to download or comment. The swells where the synth strings come in work really well. I'd like to hear very faint background strings (or something) to fill some of the emptiness that pops up on occasion. It would do a lot to thicken the sound (if, in fact, you want it thickened).
The vocal samples are right on. The goofy voice that comes in halfway through is downright perfect. I love it. Instant smile on my face.
Great track. Thanks for sharing it.
