I am a guitarist with over 30 yrs of experience. I have been writing songs since I was 14 yrs old. I recently (in 2010) discovered this web site and now I am addicted to creating loops. Craploads of fun I tell ya.
I also enjoy uploading some of the tracks and snippets of songs the I write and record. Most are still in-work and not complete.
I currently play the Guitar, Keyboards, Drums, Bass, and I sing (but I'm not usually happy with my rock vocals and I have been singing live for years, not sure why I can't capture them well on my computer)(wish I could find an amazing vocalist on this site that would add some zing to my songs)
Ableton Live 9, A slew of Native Instruments hardware and software, Korg Synth Software, and numerous guitars and amplifiers.

Currently I'm listening to several unsigned artists. And of course Dream Theater. And more Dream Theater, and even more Dream Theater. I have also been checking out some underground hard core punk bands and a few jazz bands as well.

My biggest influences are Dream Theater, Iron Maiden and Rush (and a little Eddie Van Halen here and there)
That's a good question. I think there is definetly some Dream Theater-esque sounds in my songs. Maybe a little Fear Factory as well. And perhaps some Tool in there too.
I'm a retired USAF Electronic Warfare Systems technician that is now working for Lockheed-Martin in my spare time. Lol.
