Description : This time We did go back in time. A bit of Acid, a bit of Psychedelic is the layer for Kays experience from the 19th of August this year. She said: Full Moon energy blasted through me big time. This track encompasses all those emotions about feeling lunarly de-railed. The lyric 'can't do it, won't do it' reflects the desire to step away from the norm, due to overwhelm.
The scream speaks for itself! So be careful next time when you see a full blue moon.
Looks like its going to be a good day lending my ears to these Kayotic sounds from Her Majestys page. Youve got some cool, exotic stuff going on here. Its Sunday, so I have all day. Im loving it all the way!
Really appreciate you taking time to visit our work - a little bit of Kay0s can go along way, lol. Thinking emoji...Masybe we might see a splash of Shekari Chaos break-out in ur tracks at some point...Off-Piste...Into the red danger zone with no parachute ha ha Kay0s
Sure a good song, really well balanced sound and I agree with what is told about your great use of effects. Not experienced in psychedelic sound, yet the word itself defines what to expect. The vocals definitely helped this purpose.
Nice work
Best wishes, Anthony
This is pretty cool. It's like a nice mix between Lords of Acid, Skinny Puppy, and Coil. (not necessarily in that order). It definitely has a retro feel to it. It sounds like some of what I listened to back in the 90s with...a bit of acid. As in...Lysergic, not synths.
It's a good song. It's mixed well, and a great use of effects to give it that psychedelic feel. At least, psychedelic in the electro-sense. I really like how the vocals are almost erratic and non cohesive. It definitely fits the theme of the song.
Good work. Keep it up.
Take care.

Thank you for your encouragement - we haven't done anything like this before and the idea was very random and in the moment - yeah the Moon can drive you a little crazy! KayOs of Vintage Nights
One of my favorite movies is Donnie Darko and I love the song from Echo and the bunnymen there... Beautiful soundtrack all around... 10/10 best TT movie.
About 20 years ago, I used to frequent a place called Club X in the City I grew up in. The doors didnt even open until 11 PM or later. This reminded me ALOT of the music Id hear there, a genre that almost defies description. Watever that genre is, u absolutely nailed it here, and brought back a ton of memories I had long ago forgotten. I couldnt ask for more in a song. Thank u for uploading this. I love it.
Hello Pnn, many thanks for your reply. I am glad you like it. It is not for everyone, I know. It is something quite special and I am sure I could have been the DJ those days :-) Cheers, Oli
I love this - really nice instrumentation, beautifully layered with lots of space in the mix, great staging, crafty composition and perfect production. The vocal does indeed sound natural /somewhat improvised but is wonderful
Hello Manuela, I may knowe what you mean about improvised. But those just recalls of overwhelming feelings. I know it by myself. Just a bubble you cannot find words for it. When we see it in this context KayOS can convert at least some of those overwhelming feelings into words. I am better with music than with lyrics. I only need to translate the feelings into tunes :-) All the best, Oli
no music yet Kay, i was just thinking along a dry vocal delivered how you see fit, then FX could be laid reverb delay somewhere around 80 to 100 BPM so it can be time stretched and reducing the release will make the words clear, or maybe it could be the start of another 3 way as it has all our names, i could expand on that verse and bring in words or themes you and Oli like to talk about too, just food for thought really nothing is paramount, my confidence is racing and the connections ive built help me to ask someone to do a particular thing, instead of me trying to find what im looking for, if i know what i want and pass my thoughts on correctly the result is better and easier to achieve and not just grabbing a loop that thousands before will have used, we are talented and original so we do it ourselves, thats my motto :))
This is brilliant again ...
obviously I'm stupid, but the music reminds me of the band Ultravox ... and besides all that, the spoken word vox is brilliant ...
fistbump,
Danke
Vielen Dank, Danke! I can see why you would hear tones of Ultravox in there. You are not stupid, you are observant and technically brilliant! I have VintageNights to thank for such a quality production. I just did what came into my head, lol KayOS of VintageNights
Kay creating KayOS, the psychedelic vibes are of the charts, i bet you had a smile on your face voicing them screams and wails, really powerful confident delivery, Bjork like, the attitude oozed out, the delivery EQand FX on Kay's vocal is outstanding Oli, well done and another super work guys, im feeling lonely :(
Description : OK, I finally managed to find a song name, so here it is. But the genre is still open. WTF is it? World? Trip? Trance? Rock? psychedelic? .
I started this song with the wahwah background track, I think I wanted to go in the triphop direction but when I played with it and tried out things I added some Tabla sounds from the available sound library of the cubase software to it, just to get a feel for it. It sounded right somehow, and so it developed from there. As before, we did the work on wikiloops band section: bhunt1 (Brian) on Bass added his track, and rp3drums (Raymond) on drums (one straight drum track, and one para-diddle track). I then added several more guitar tracks.
So I would be happy to listen to your comments and advice, and if I get a good suggestion for name and genre I will change it. Cheers, TG :D
Description : My actual track for X-mas. Too late again, as usual... But now just with a few days only instead months. :D It's enough stodgy, need some mood for enjoy, that's sure. Dunno where to put it. Fusion? Cinematic? Weird? Trash? :)

Description : Break up song of sorts lol. Vox, guitars and keys by Zootman. Beats and bass free Loopmasters demo. Words are (mostly) what I thought Damo Suzuki was singing on One More Night by Can. Instrumental or stems avail if anyone wants to play with it.
Description : Psychedelic, Eastern, dark dance/jazz/fusion based around my cello playing plus minimal other instrumentation. Two sections of electric guitar, one of Fender Rhodes, one synth pad, some swirling female vocal samples and one sub synth bass. Apart from multiple drum loops and programmed acoustic drumkits, everything else is cello, including most of the weird sounds.
Description : Another mission in the vastness of the universe. "We don't know where, but we were there".
Jynxz: synths, fxs
Micky: production, guitar, fxs
Description : Everyone seems to be using acapella recently. I ran across some "spoken word" that was inspiring so... That's what this is. I don't know if it would still be considered "acapella". most of the drums are Laurentwirz my fav drummer on LM
PEACE...
Description : sup! decided to make some cyberpunk songs, I dunno why. This one turned out awesome though! It sounds exactly as I wanted :D
Anyways,
I´ve used an acapella for the intro:
Nice work
Best wishes, Anthony

a beautifully smoothly produced and expressive song. The vocals seem slightly improvised but still maintain a lyrical line. Very well done!
Best wishes, Manuela
