Oh, how lovely... you've slipped into my basement again to listen. This track is one of those I want to remix and master soon. When I recorded it, I didn't know as much as I do now, although it's still not much, but definitely more than I did back then, so...

The first 15 seconds are nice, and then you go into funkalicious overdrive. So much so I'd consider to ditch those first 15 seconds - they're good, but the rest is great!
What a lovely track man, and so well produced!!

What's up Micky,

This track has an incredible amount of musical magic going on.
I started out listening to the crisp out front bass, then got caught up in the Keys. Then you added the pitch perfect Vocals.
Some Synth and FX, not to mention the funky phase/flanged out Guitar(I mentioned it). Mix and Mastering are always top shelf in your productions.

Great track. Faved.. PEACE from the Beach...

Well all that work paid off. It's a fantastic track. Puts my simplistic efforts to shame. Vox, mix, FX, composition, instruments the whole works. You ever hear Rise Robots Rise? Maybe you like. Been missing your outings with jynx too by the way, and jynx himself for that matter. All the best.

Thank you for listening and for your nice comment. I checked out RRR and they must have been pretty cool. I'm not 100% on their line, but I still think they're cool.
Oh dear I can't tell you what's going on with JYNXZ (Robbie). Some difficult circumstances seem to be taking hold of him completely at the moment... haven't heard from him in a while. Let's keep our fingers crossed. I got so much input from him, it's priceless. I hope he will be back on the scene and back in our STAR TRAVELS hangar soon.

Cool intro first of all. There are so many great sounds that all layer nicely, you must use a lot of tracks while constructing these ideas of yours. Quality mix. Takes me back to the 70's. Another fine track Micky!

Hello Wayne, nice to hear from you. Yes, 44 tracks and by the time I had knitted them all together I really couldn't listen to the track anymore. I have no idea how I finally got it finished enough that it was worth uploading to me. I've also thought it might be a lot easier to make stripped down, thrifty tracks, but I've found that it's not one iota easier...quite the opposite. Your benevolent, encouraging comment means all the more to me. Thanks very much.

Yes CCC, I ALWAYS miss female vocals, but I'm really fed up with accapellas. Unfortunately there is no female singer in my neighborhood and my friends only sing on birthdays...LOL. Well, that's why I'm trying it myself....at least it's original.

Micky, this is SOLID. So you have crafted a way back time machine with this track. A strong "Human League" feeling going on. The attention to detail has paid off handsomely. Vocals are superb. Enjoyable listen.

Nothing but HOT HIGH ENERGY FUNK, POINT BLANK. This is some of the hottest funk I've heard here in a long time. Powerful instrument sound for vst instruments. Verry well mixed and mastered. I noticed the wave form is not squashed from here to Madagascar. Guitars masterfully done. Fire guitar solo near the end. I'm still funkin. PEACE. T576 OUT.

Boy, what beautiful, lavish praise. That's pretty flattering and, of course, super encouraging. I put an extraordinary amount of tweaking into this track and by the end I couldn't take it anymore. I mean I got really sick. Now that I realize that other people like the track quite a bit, I like it again. How are you supposed to produce a track without having to listen to it ad nauseam? You probably know the problem too.

Hi Paul, that was an awful lot of work, 44 tracks, numerous attempts with the vocals, even though I have a lot less time than before. In the end I had heard the track so many times that I was almost unable to rate it in any way, but I'm sure you know that too. All the more gratifying that you liked it.
